Roll To Dodge / Re: Metamorphican Madness II: Turn 25: Ndeitosael

[I'm amused by the fact that there are only three First Generation... Uh... Exceptionals, that's a good word for us, left. Just Rick, the old guy, and the cultist. I think I got out the best of the deal, at least in that none of Rick's mutations are actively harmful that is. He's gotten the strangest though, I believe, or at least the furthest from human.
Xan's pretty inhuman; he doesn't even have limbs anymore.
And you're definitely the best-off.

Also, I have to ask, when they were giving him the Serum, did they take the one vial that said "Warning: May cause side effects of a weirdness magnet" or something? The stuff that's happening to him are hilarious.
I don't think they knew enough to label them so specifically.

Also his head is still green, if that was to turn him completely white.
Good catch!

Also gotta know, what do you think when you roll this stuff up? The rolls are just getting weird with how they key into situations.]
Usually I think, "Hm. Interesting. How can I make this come out in a way that fits?"
But yeah. That mutation you rolled? Awesome.

P.S. Think I should make an entry for Inhuman Entities for things like Ndeitosael, Worm, and the like? MAybe Xan's god, too, although it hasn't shown up...yet.

It was specifically mentioned that this arena would be extra-big to hold all the enemies.

"It can teleport.

"Do you get my point yet?"

First, you decide to convert your Nutrition into Health.
That feels much better!

Next, you leave the room.

The dial doesn't seem to do much, so you invest a little Creativity into it and make it properly turn-offable.

You consider making such things as a backpack or a medicine, or maybe food, but you don't have any firm decisions on such subjects.

You feel a bit lonely. Not that you're sure when you've been otherwise.

What is there I can do to make this attract more than two people? Maybe put it in my sig?

Hm, point. I was afraid of going too far in the other direction and having an absurd amount of metahumans.

While it's not too late to switch, anyone have any ideas of how to fix metahuman balance?

31356
Have them tie each other up at gun point. Do the last one yourself if necessary.
Why? That's just being mean and lazy for no reason.
Okay, we have a SHOTGUN. We can't hold that and tie them at the same time. Yes, we have the gauntlet to fall back on, BUT, we don't know if these wads have guns.
Disarm, THEN tie? Duh?

And I think the risk of them attacking us when we have a gun within reach and are wearing a scary gauntlet is a bit lower than the risk of them tying crappy knots.

31357
Did they happen when we fought the Goombas?

"It's a weightless elephant small enough to fit on the table."

I was starting to worry that I had made metahumans absurdly underpowered.

"Hey, there's an invisible elephant on the table. Prove me wrong."

31362
We would have been turned back in this update.
I don't think turning works instantly. Not only is it illogical, it's also against most vampiric lore.

If you want to have an advantage during sieges, we should have guards with a means of repelling ladders or even siege towers. The answer to both: the medieval equivalent of molotov cocktails:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_fire#Grenades. Deadly effective, really terrifying, but hard to make in large quantities.
If we have Greek fire, great. If we don't, we're SOL on that.

Have our army hang back out of sight, while Sir Lope and a handful of our best fighters approach the gate and just order them to open it. Assuming they haven't received word of our plan, they'll have no reason not to obey the marshal's orders. Then Sir Lope can take command of the gatehouse, preferably by simply pulling rank on the guards, if not, then by force, while our army rushes through the open gate.
As good a plan as any. After all, it makes us look like we fear not the rule of law for we have not crossed it. (That what we're doing is legal.)

Given that the blood was coming out of her mouth, she might just be starting to turn into a vampire, like Al.
...If so, it's about time. When was she probably-turned?
And hey, we can finally steal others' blood!

...What? No, no, that was the feedback from disconnecting from the dungeon. I'm sure this won't have any horrible repercussions for being cut off from the dungeon for a set amount of time, maybe.
What?

Before doing anything else, tie up the attackers and confiscate any weapons.

Then investigate the back room.
