Way I see it, it would make sense for swords to be good against light armor, but bad against medium and heavy armor, blunt weapons to have a bonus against medium armor and heavy armor, but a penalty against light armor, and axes to be a middle-of-the-road alternative that does not possess a bonus or penalty.
Hm...I'll consider something like this.

There are worse things than weeping angels.

The SCP Foundation, for instance. They have 173 and a bunch of other horrible stuff, so basic math shows that they're worse than Weeping Angels.

Well, you could define a turn as X length of time (1 day sounds good); you can then give the villain and minions tasks for the day. Things like complex conditional actions or missions would be handled in sub-turns.

That's about the best balance you'll get.

Alright, a couple problems.

As noted, but I seem to have missed, Flashbang is a dwarf with C racial priority. Metas are A-priority race or nothing.
Secondly, as scapheap failed to notice, skills are capped at 6, and Gun Skills is divided up by type. I reduced the skills over cap and gave Warwick the skills he'd use, but there's still 3 points to spend.

Natch looks fine, but one detail: Normal hatchet, or some sort of nonlethal hatchet?

Okay, my gun is an Ares predator (If I get the chance I'll trade it out for dual wield Fichetti Security 500a pistols), and my bionic is a face obscuring mask. I want to later upgrade it so it can actually protect my face from bullets.
You aren't restricted nor required to get one cyberware. But if you want a cybermask, go for it.
Not sure what it is past the high-tech version of bolting a mask to your skull, though. What is it?

Well, maybe this is just me, but I'd like randomization in part because you'd get out of your comfort zone, and maybe get encouraged to watch/read something you wouldn't otherwise to get a feel for the character.
And someone now going to make Bella Swan or Rose Potter because they like the pain of others.
Well, we should have some kind of rule about the GM screening characters beforehand anyhow. Or maybe the GM can decide to arbitrarily give any player a character he made, which would be used in times like this. Or in times like the underpowered-character thing.
