Something tells me you're not exactly a biology major...
Nope. It was a cnidarian you were talking about earlier, though.
I was, but in his post he pretty clearly describing a very large arthropod.

Have citizens search for skunks, bombardier beetles, spitting cobras, etc, for later transformation into troops/weapons/symbiotes.
You already have a party out on that. Tomorrow you should get the scouting information and trapping back.
Goodie, missed that.

"Um...oh yeah! Didn't you say you had a list of the old missions and such you could give me?"

It's also important that they actually, y'know, vote.

Clever businessman, we need to use him.

Let's have the Rat search for bastards of the late Count. Did we already agree to that?
Past that, there's not much that we can, should, and may do about the count, except maybe make him realize that we are either A. not so bad or B. a bear-killing badass married to the duke's niece who saved the king's life and otherwise NOT a good guy to mess with.

Okay, let's aim for about 2m tall, heavily muscled, as agile as we can make 'em, give them rapid asexual reproduction, greatly enhanced senses, and a carapace similar to that of the mantis shrimp.  Along with that we should aim for redundancy of necessary organs, and possibly a distributed central nervous system, to make them even more resilient to damage.
What do you guys think?
EDIT: I am of course talking about our soldier.  If we have any willing hummies we can use a particularly nice specimen as the template, and then our soldiers also give us an exponential mana increase.
Um...as infantry? Sure, but let's figure out what our ranged attackers are going to be. They're kinda important...

Is that still the cniderian?
Ahaha, no. Firstly, cnidArian. Secondly, I was thinking of a laborer. Thirdly, that's...nothing like a cnidarian.
Something tells me you're not exactly a biology major...

I'd also like to do one or both of the following:
Make a tree which grows arrowlike thorns, and regrows them quickly. Later upgrades could include poison or something, but tons of free arrows is fine for now.
Have citizens search for skunks, bombardier beetles, spitting cobras, etc, for later transformation into troops/weapons/symbiotes.

Technical Skills
It was the voices. I heard them. First, they helped me make...something. Not sure what, but it's not something I knew how to make before. They promised more awesome gadgets I could "invent" if I promised to use them to "cleanse the word of evil". I agreed. I decided to start with the streets...
+2
+3 to insane inventor vigilante
It's not insane if it works!
...Probably.

And yeah, hand. Swords are so 8th century, and neck clasps...don't seem useful at all.

I think that petitions could be better organized by naming/numbering them in true bureaucratic fashion, and then having a silent vote over PM.
Silent votes seem like too much of a hassle.

((Wait.... what the hell can i even do if I'm stuck being a crappy piece of metal?))
In my experience, players can always surprise me. If nothing else, wait for a better mutation or figure out some way to go back to normal...or kill yourself, I guess.
(Like that worked in The Art Of Minimalism. Then again, I'm in Wonderlabd in that game now, so eh.)
(You haven't checked your status lately, have you?)

Again, I wouldn't worry too much about the count at the moment. If we can find a bastard to replace Owen, great, a count who owes us one. If not...well, no skin off my back, neh?
You do realize that this guy wants us dead, right? And has the power to do it as soon as he finds even the smallest excuse, even if he conjures up some false accusations out of nothing? We need him removed ASAP.
Wasn't that just the old one?
The new one doesn't like us, but I highly doubt that he wants to KILL us. Dishonor, probably, but death will impede attempts to dishonor us.

31947
Which means I have at least a slight numerical advantage unless just about every undecided head goes against me.

31949
I'm Joe.
...Yeah, that fits. Where's Sasha and who are you helping, if anyone?
