Look, it's a good strategy if the enemy is going to surrender and bad if they're not. A bit more complex than that, but that's the gist of it.

Looking logically at it, undead are basically scrabbling around for their middle fingers to point them at the God of Death, who, as logical Keeper of the Underworld, would be the logical Sovereign of Rebirth.
And yeah, we worship a God of Death, not a God of Being Rude to People. Let's be nice.

Find a few cows, make them subsist entirely on darkness as well as being jet black. Also make them produce copious amounts of milk. Also also make them a "dominant" form--Dark Cows which mate with normal bulls will bear more Dark Cows. Or should they reproduce asexually?
Make sure to inform the villagers of their properties and have a shady place for the Dark Cows made.
Finally, consider a less corny name for them.

You're probably for the better. Basically a "twenty question 'guess this celebrity'" with the added ability to add in people based upon the questions answered. With a Djinn fluffing, of course.More or less. It's also clever enough to guess darn near anything.
