Nice! That definitely could have gone worse, guess this is as good an excuse as any to spend more time with the wife and child in the coming months.
Mount its corpse, rearing up nine feet tall, in our main hall...We should think about a change to our heraldry after this.
If we do take the bears, shouldn't we train them as pets or war-animals? Dancing seems a bad idea actually.
+1

I don't think bears can be domesticated... they can be broken and terrorised, but they just don't make for safe pets or reliable beasts of war.
if anyone can prove me wrong I'd be glad to take it though, but I can't think I've ever heard of a domesticated bear.
Domesticated, no. Tamed, aye.

You should see the RTD he made almost entirely like that. Let me see if I can find it...

Still white plastic. No nerves in plastic. Are the claws webbed in plastic? Or is plastic actually a high-tech living prosthetic?
Still nerves in the stuff under plastic, though you have a point. No. Not that you're aware.

You got artificial skin last time you visited the facility. Since you didn't have any other skin, I assumed you'd realize it. (I also figured that poor Nina would feel like something was under her actual skin.)

Reread what you said.

A drawn-out fight would be as likely to get them killed as anything, especially as we'd said we'd put a dagger on its eye.

Some sort of consensus would be nice--the two suggested actions are essentially opposites.

Didn't we already discover that this bear wouldn't take well to retreat?

Call it a scian, or a longscian or something. Close enough for an alternate universe fantasy campaign.

Dear New Order,

I was hoping for a project which does not violate the laws of physics.

We outnumber them two to one. We have disciplinary people who are helping command them. Aka samurai. We'll win. Why? Because we do it for MOTHER RUSSIA!
And Cousin Japan!

Out of curiosity, do that samurai use Commissar techniques?
