Or make proper matresses once we're at least dry.

Abbey was mentioned, yes. I'm not terribly familiar with the difference between an abbey and monastery tbh.I was under the impression that, practically speaking, they were similar.
Oh Gods no, not this again.QuoteQuote from: JpRagavan on March 01, 2013, 12:08:35 pmRangers in Patrols is always good. So +1 from me
Camps nearby might be a serious matter, So we should send regular patrols around the town. (Atleast in groups of 3 or 4 soldiers )
Winter might ease out in January, so we should send hunters to the woods to gather some meat since winter reduced our stockpiles
We have regular patrols in town. And that isn't where the bandits are, they are in the forest. Send regular patrol outings of rangers into the forests. That would be actually productive.
+1 to ranger patrols
Also We should prepare/expand our military forces just in case this becomes a big issue
Fine, I'll do something which doesn't have as many ways to go wrong even on a success.Could I provide a blessing on myself that lets me run fast or something?Yes, you could indeed provide such a blessing.
And why are miracles so limited? I don't want to be teleported across the continent; a few dozen feet would (probably) be sufficient.
It sure won't!Point out all the video games which are more violent and sociologically destructive, as well as pointing out the fact that entrepreneurs are what made America great and therefore trying to unfairly discredit my game is actually helping destroy the American spirit.Like this will not blow up in your face.
...No.well that took you long enoughJust roll to see if my insane logic works. It actually has a logical basis, Word of God be darned!Originally yes, then you rolled 1 when you tied to steal his credit card. You tried to steal my credit card; so I knocked you outAnd yet you failed to knock me out.
welcome to the world of minimalist rtd, i'd offer you a hat but that's too detailed for this game
Hm... makes wonder what it is exactly. If it's magma when it has high power rolls and ice at low... does that mean Aa is both magma and ice, it just depends on the power roll what you get?No, crappy Power rolls just cause inversions. When I can and remember to.
The Dark Ages but with Lasers motif is slowly looking like a better and better idea as I read this. Now to start thinking of a plausible explanation for why they discovered super-heated light before they figured out plate-armor or crossbows.Mythbusters showed that, barring precision most likely unavailable to those in such times, you couldn't burn a ship with a bunch of mirrors if it was on dry land and made from the most flammable ship-building materials you could find. I think that their modern-precision model didn't fare much better. Also, that would be impossible (or pretty much so) to make in a personal-weapon version even if it did work.
I like a challenge. Oh, wait. Historical precedent did it for me. Archimedes invented a mirror designed to redirect and focus light into a beam capable of burning enemy ships at great distances, in this world, he actually succeeded by using a new method to increase the reflective properties of the metal so as to actually create the laser. Done.
