so its:
Elves, Humans, Dwarves, Gobbos in terms of who wants to kill us...
Dwarves and goblins might be switched, and whatever race is worshiping us would be after that, but yes.

I'm using Seventh Sanctum's Ollivanderizer to make the wands. (Yes, they have different cores; break open a wand to find out what it is! Warning: Not responsible for broken wands.)
Just wait and see what comes up.

Lets get some Germanium based things on one of the icecaps. i vote the southern ones.
four arms/legs small and 6 fingers on each limb. and a tail.
think smart monkey
Start simple. There's no life on land yet; we're still Precambrian. No monkies yet.

Nelkathar could always eat Udil for killing the being who's sort of it's Grandfather.
No arguments there. It's perfectly logical.

Soldier (because who better to take the obvious leader position than someone with a level head like your truly?)
Gordon W. MacLean
Backstory coming later.
What's your MOS, chemocut?
Working on that.

Somewhere in the Midwest. Aside from Chicago, the whole area is a boring wasteland.

Well, there's farms, but that's about it.

Al: Attempt to dual-wield IWoM and his little knife. Probably fail, dropping the IWoM on the killer robot. Attack killer robot.

Ciro: Don't summon blood thingies. Throw Fountain Pence at the killer robot. (Coins are surprisingly deadly--throw them hard enough, they're basically bullets.)
+1'd.
+1, but create a blood sling to fling the coins with.
Do we have the HP to spare?

"A dwarf is a short, bearded person, kinda like a human but stouter and living underground. They like stone, gems, and metals. They're the race that's most likely to not kill us on sight."

GWG, stop being an eloquent Jbg and trying to assassinate gods.
It's how I'm expressing my irritation at Udil until I get back in the game.

Which, depending on Ghaz's decision on Sebastian, might be soon...

But don't worry, I'll wait for an IC reason to kill Udil.

Also, create some non-silicone based creatures, to serve as another caste (like plant/animal/fungus, we currently have one kingdom)
If you'd notice, I added some carbon-based life.

Quote
I'm thinking something based on a Noble Gas, or Lithium. Because Lithium and H2O just looove each other.[/i]
Create boron-based volcano-dwelling fungi!
You can't create life "based" on just any element. The element needs to be able to bind with several other elements in a versatile number of ways. The best elements for that are probably those in Period 14, for various reasons related to valance electrons...so, carbon, silicon, maybe germanium, maybe maybe tin or lead.

But most European lore references owls being knowledgable, because of how wise, and old they look!
So? They're still wrong.

Also, I would have used a raven, but crows sounded better to me. For some reason. Even so, from my very limited knowledge of zoology, they are both corvids, so yeah.
You bet they are. Ravens might get more credit, but crows are pretty smart, too.

Probably not. Corvus is made to take the burden of the pool. Udil would turn into a mad god trying to absorb all of it.
...Want to find out? Would it be ethical to withhold the information? He has more a chance of holding the knowledge than any other dwarf.

You don't get it, do you?

We're not just jousting to try and win the tourney, or to win Marna's favor.
We're jousting so we don't lose our honor and stuff. Without it, we're little better than a rich peasant.

"Shoot.

"Shall we visit those dwarves?"

Send some scholars to the bottom of the Sea! Shades need love too!
The scholars haven't figured out how to breathe water yet.

Owls are better for knowledge.)
Disagree. Owls are no smarter than most birds, perhaps a bit dumb; corvids are the brightest birds around. Ravens are a much better choice for Knowledge gods.

If you know the minds of all mortals, then you must be privy to many murder plans and usurpations and criminal  enterprises. Why not step in and break those up? That would be honorable, preserve life, and maybe net you some followers. Just a suggestion.
He's got a dozen worshipers. That's a pretty crappy police squad for a city, let alone the whole world.

And Jbg? No one wants another Mutare. Face it.

Are you nuts? I am all for jousting at least once, but openly challenging the count is downright crazy...
+1

Haha. Everyone is going to be so pissed if our guy dies.
Ya, but atleast he will die in honor.
At a carnival.
From a certain point of view, yes.
From a certain point of view, Darth Vader killed Anakin Skywalker.

Anyways, for reasons of honor, Marna, and all that stuff, I suggest we joust.
For reasons of safety and sanity, I suggest we show the sabotaged saddle to the duke before jousting, so everyone will be on the lookout for other foul play (and so we can more easily get safe equipment lent from the Duke or someone else we and he can trust).

Roger dodger. Get a new saddle, Let the Duke know of our "misfortune", Let him also know that we ride regardless (if we can find a new saddle). OWN.
and find a priest to confess our sins to, their ought to be a score of them here in case anyone needs last rights.
I have no objections to this.
Let's hope we won't need the last rites, though...
