"Hello."

Check my Diary
Your diary is a fairly new one, bought entirely for the purpose of containing your notes. It has 44 blank pages and 6 full of map bits, notes, and doodles. You are fairly familiar with what it says.
(Side question: How old is Clair?)

"Go Sasha, away!"
I sic my falcon on the centipedes.
Sasha obediantly attacks a centipede.
[13v10+2] [1d6-2=2] The falcon makes you proud by tearing a centipede at least half as big as it to bits.

Meus tries to calm his trusty dog "Shh, Tattletale. Shh."  He then looks around at the 4 other people and lifts his wand, "Who are you? I'm not afraid to use this!" before noticing the centipides. He points his wand, thinks of harming intent and yells "fu-ge!".

Well, my action is above.
[11+1,17-2] You feel an odd feeling, [Insight: ?] like you can sense people who like you. These people all like you! The centipedes don't. Neither does Tattletale, though, so it probably only works on people. You feel like you don't like them, though.
(Thus, we see what can happen with sufficiently random words.)

Look inside notes of the book, look for the first word which looks strange and potentionally magical,Point at the Centipedes with wand, with harmful intent
Failing that charge in with my sledgehammer!

Well, there's no words in your book--you have to make them up.
As you haven't, you rush forward and [3] completely miss.

Well, anyway, check my book for the most violent sounding word, then point at centipedes with intent to harm and say it.
(Angle PM'd me the word he wants Jane to say.)
[15+3,15+2] "RIP!" shouts Angle, summoning a weird breastplate into the midst of the centipedes, made mainly of bone and sinew but with flesh grown over it as Jane watches. Jane feels a consciousness touching her--the breastplate is alive, and seems to be a lot like her...this was NOT what she had in mind...
(Eat your heart out, piecewise!)

-----

The little girl ignores the centipedes and reads her diary; Coolguy and Javier attack by mundane means; and Meus and Jane discover the fickle nature of magic. While Sasha rips up a centipede, seven more are still on the prowl. [Confidence: 8] Five of them flee, but two stay. One attacks the falcon, [18v10+3+2(flies)][1d3:1][Venom Resistance: 14] and while Sasha is somewhat hurt, her system is unaffected by the beast's venom. Meanwhile, the other who deigned to stay and help strikes Javier, who foolishly engaged the beasts in melee. [16v9][1d3:3][Venom Resistance: 20-1] While the beast's mandibles shred his ankle, Javier's body valiantly resists the venom.
The five stand, lightly wounded, before the two remaining centipede beasts, as Jane's creation wiggles the little bit it can...

-----

A note about the breastplate: It's sentient, and has a mind...but it's a pretty dependent entity and thinks a lot like Jane, so I won't be calling on Waitlist B.
I also assigned the centipedes a level of -1. Oh, and Archmage Coolguy gets Experience Percentages from Sasha's kills. Bear in mind, Sasha is a normal, mundane falcon...
Anyways, congrats on First Blood to Sasha and the centipede, and on First Life to Jane.

Fix the computer

Respawn as Scientist. Aid with computer repair.
Hm... another idea!

Grab the peasant guy and stick him on the pile of silicon and ash. Then perform alchemy on the pile like in Full Metal Alchemist (not magic!) to rebuild the "Item spawning computer thing" and name it Robert 2.0
But he is polishing my shoes! That is more important then fixing the only thing that actually does stuff.

Fix the computer

There's really nothing left. [6+2] You turn what's left into a very sharp knife, though.

[4v4] You struggle over the silicon knife before giving up when it shatters.

Anyway I cast mind exchange on Most Powerful Guy around,Get my Weak Body while his body and Armor and Weapons,I'm the gibbering madman
You mutter and gesture at ShadowDragon. Nothing happens. Reread the OP, people.

Why did my action get skipped...
Maybe you died? Just repost it.

Respawn again as Wilford.
Driven by my diabeetus, I devour all the oatmeal.

[6] You explode in an oatmealy boom. Respawn?

Stab superblast and Persus. revolution!
[3-1] You can't bring yourself to revolt. Maybe you could a little, if you had a weapon.

Look for a city.
[6] You see something in the distance! About six turns away, probably.

That's, for instance, 6 motorcycles for $125 each?

Buy a spear gun, 30 ammo-spears, two wrist blades, a knife, a motorcycle helmet, a leather jacket, and leather gloves for ourself, for $61.
Get the motorcycles, they're the most fuel-efficient. Specifically, get four for $500. Hire 3 others for $150. At this point, we have $289 left, I believe.
Get each of them a short sword, a crossbow, a knife, 40 bolts, a bike helmet, and a leather jacket, for $46+short sword cost each, or $138+3s total.

This leaves us with $151-3s, and gives us a four-man gang.

Having our lowborn relatives hanging around would be a disadvantage to us politically though, just so you guys know.
I know. That's why I never actually advocated that.

...You probably weren't talking to me.

Black...wait, why did I bbcode that?
i did it to spite you......
I knew it.

36156
((Is it bad that I read that Elemental section in Cave Johnson's voice?))
Now that you mention it...it fits.

36157
Guess what? Tomorrow, YOU AT SEQUEL'S FINAL BOSS will be a month old! That means it will be eligible for nomination in the RtD Hall of Fame!

Just so you know.

36158
Uh actually RTD the Law is almost two months old, since I started it when I first joined bay12 in december. +1 for Roll to dodge the law.

Also I'd like to nominate Prophets of a New God. Players are prophets who try to get a following for their god, through charisma, miracles, or other means.
+1 to both.

36159
I MUST update tonight! MUST! NOT! RUIN! PERFECT! RECORD!

Obtain Arceus
[6] You locate Arceus and catch it! Seeing as Arceus is basically a Poke-God, you can't claim to be in control.

Goddamnit, scapheap.
Respawn in Poke-land.
[4] Sure thing!

Respawn as a portal gun.
Attach myself to someone's arm and begin feeding off their life force.

[3] You are a completely normal Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device, except with an AI implanted. More like a turret's than GLaDOS or Wheatley.

Give Pufferfish Gyarados,
Mention all the liches at the interview.

You do both. The liches are evidently Keters.

Summon HatLeitenent and WorkerHats.
Have WorkerHats build me a fortress!

[1+1] You summon nothing.

Ponder how the a sentient embodiment of a thread can posses organs.
Pondered. [4] Conclusion reached.

Continue getting negative bonuses.
[4-1] You get a total -2 malus.

Summon HatLeitenent and WorkerHats.
Have WorkerHats build me a fortress!

NOPE. STILL WATERMELONS.
N/A, as he didn't summon any hats.

Summon HatLeitenent and WorkerHats.
Have WorkerHats build me a fortress!

NOPE. STILL WATERMELONS.
ALSO SEND ABOUT HALF OF THE HATLINGS TO BEAT SLOWPOKES TO DEATH WITH THE 10 WATERMELONS SUMMONED EARLIER.

NOPE. STILL WATERMELONS.
ALSO SEND ABOUT HALF OF THE HATLINGS TO BEAT SLOWPOKES TO DEATH WITH THE 10 WATERMELONS SUMMONED EARLIER.
TRANSMUTE THEM INTO MORE WATERMELONS
[2v3] Several hatlings become watermelons, [1+2v4] before the remainder throw themselves at LordSlowpoke. Many more die, and Slowpoke is OK.

And you used http://webchat.freenode.net/ or otherwise connected to Freenode?
I was connected for a little bit. Then I had dinner. Then I came back and couldn't reconnect.

36161
everyone gets 500 xp! This includes a special 100xp Ironman
Includes as in, it's already accounted for.

I also checked the DMG, and a CR9 encounter gives 3600 exp to a 8th level group. WE'RE BEING SCAMMED, DAMMIT.
Does that include the division among all of us?

Hurl the throwing needle at the wolf, and shout for help. Pray mentally.
