Our name is : The Stig.
and our gang is called : The Gears.
+1
I like the gang name, but would rather have a more mechanical personal nickname, like the Cog or the Flange or something.

Let's not betray her unless she ceases to be useful.  For now she might be our only competent follower, so getting rid of her might be counter productive.
Agreed.

Yeah. Really, Flurry of blows is the only one that is good. And their saves. The AC bonus would seem good if it wouldn't make them incredibly MAD.
I actually find the monk's AC bonus to be quite useful. One build I've done a few times is a human monk with Vow of Poverty; between the VoP's AC bonus and some decent scores for Dexterity and Wisdom, I can get AC over 20 at 1st level. (I don't usually use this build for campaigns I expect to last for a while...)

Also I'm playing it loose with hair colour(blue, green, etc are all ok)
Not sure if it's the case in England, but around here school dress codes prohibit extravagant hair colors. Neon red/orange/yellow is a grey area since it's close enough to natural colors.
Also not sure if it's the case in England, but very few people I know have blue, green, or whatever hair, dyed or no. (There's a couple girls in my school with pink- or red-dyed hair...out of about 2,000.)
Well..... In my high school, they frankly don't care what color your hair is; only that you are part of the 10% of the school who ends up graduating.......

Middle school however, said you couldn't have extravagant hair color, because it was distracting
I mean natural colour not dye.
Is that a normal hair color in England, or just in Japan?

I also change Wind to Air.
Glad to hear it.

When would the session be?

Yep. Anyone got any word games(or riddles)to pass the time?
More good than god, more evil than the devil, richer than the king, poorer than the bum. who am I?
Try something more original.

Donkey, because men are Asses ;P
Seeing as the genie is angry at you, this could work.

Actually, I have a better answer:
"No."

Curse GWG for blocking the view. Slay him like a greek hero would.
If you slew me, they'd still be in my stomach. You should help me vomit, to get them out of me.

Roll To Dodge / Re: Perplexicon: Magic is Confusing: Null

The best weapon to use against a mage? A stronger mage.

...Of course, Null seems to be going for the "antimagic" idea.

-----

Anyways, I've finally finished preparations for my own Perplexicon-inspired game, featuring an infinite array of potential spells. As a shameless self-plug, please go look at it!

36220
I've had this idea for a while: A game like Perplexicon over in the Roll to Dodge subforum, but with no preset words. I went through several variations, each of which had either too little variation, too much vagueness, or absurd levels of complexity.

Then, it hit me. And I made probably my dozenth system, a system which is simple and elegant. And so here we are, with Infimicon finally starting.

You almost wish you had never come here.

Each of your stories is different, but they all share some details. For instance, you all found a journal, and a wand, in some order.
The wand was an elegantly-carved stick, with six runes around the circumference towards the thicker end, with a nearby band of some metal, smooth and unmarked except for one spot. Six smaller symbols were inscribed in the wide end. It probably had other adornments, too. When you touched the wand, you felt a spark of power within you. You soon discovered the folly of saying things loudly while holding the wand, although if you lower your voice or put your wand down you're fine.
The journal is more...interesting. It contained several pages full of instructions of how to get to some other place, where magic could be better-controlled and refined. Given the accidents which occur when you use--used, rather--magic, you hope this will help. The journal also claimed that if you honed your abilities here, you would be able to retain these improvements when you returned home, and any spells you found would work just as well there as here!

Most of you journeyed to some obscure place, hoping to fulfill your dreams; most likely after harrowing adventures, you made it here. And that's when you realized one thing the journal
hadn't said...
How to get back home.

Joining the game is possible in one of two ways.
One, submit a character sheet. To start with, I'll allow five characters to be in the arena; further submissions will go to the waitlist, specifically Waitlist A, to await the death of someone.
Two, offer to take control of an appropriate NPC if needed. Some spells can create self-aware entities independent from the PCs, and it strikes me as appropriate to have other Bay12ers control them. If possible, when such an entity is created, I will have someone from Waitlist B take control of the no-longer-NPC. I am considering mandatory presence on Waitlist B.
You can be on both waitlists, but if you are already in the game and you are on top of the waitlist, your name will be ignored until such time as you don't have a functioning character. We really don't want single-player teamups.

Most importantly: Ask if you have questions!

Hey, flurry of blows is an awesome ability!
... on a level 19 factotum who also takes sneak attack and sudden strike.
They have plenty of useless abilities, too. Or virtually useless ones, at least. I've played plenty of monks in my younger years of gaming, and many of their abilities were almost/never used.

36222
Sorry. Was using Gatling guns to kill peasants with spears. And still lost.
Wait what.

36223
Natural attacks also count against DR. So I dunno about that.
Breath weapons aren't even an attack. Heck, they don't even deal physical damage!
(Usually.)

Me.
Germaina.
Doomblade.
GreatWyrmGold.
Remuthra.
Rolepgeek.
Post going into OP
Hurrah!

Though they are a supernatural effect, so I was sure they were affected by SR??
Nope. Only spells and spell-likes are, unless otherwise noted by the supernatural effect's description. Which I have never seen.

But all party members, do not fear my breath attack, I have given you all immunity to everything I can do with it.
On the other hand...fear mine. Okay?

Nothing. It just identifies you as Good with capital G towards people who detect your alignment. Maybe discomfort them if they're evil and you're powerful enough.
...That seems a rather useless ability. It's a magical police badge.
It's less an ability than a side effect.
Besides, you want useless abilities? Look at the monk.

36224
Regeneration makes damage non-lethal, unless it's against a weakness i.e. silver.
Actually, regeneration makes all damage nonlethal, except certain types defined in the creature. This typically, but not always, corresponds to a weakness of the creature.

More like ingot retrievers for what I have in mind our fire mole is doing a fine job at mining.
The idea was that they could:
A. boost manarack income, and
B. boost their Soul.
