It might be easier if I cut down the payload to a tenth of the current size.

The problem will be landing anything like precisely. And most of Kerbin is water, which has already been quite explored.

We need more science before we can get anything.

We have 23 Science. Flight Control is 45, Aerodynamics 90. Also, launching rockets to other biomes has been almost as unsuccessful as launching rockets to Minmus.

It's spring break, I'm bored, and MSPaint is installed on my laptop. Let's make an ISG! This will probably die off pretty quickly. As in, I'll be honestly be surprised if this makes it through the week.
That's what freeform said about his little game of stickmen in a dungeon. Now it's the single largest suggestion game ever to be on Bay12, and the eleventh largest game on Bay12 (seventh if you discount the avatar-rating game and similar).
...Yeah, the anuran assassin beat me to it, but eh.

We could argue all week about the relative amount of damage done by types of artillery, the kludgebot, etc, and how that modifies the result, without getting anywhere. So I didn't touch that with a ten-foot laser pole.

The biggest problem with "Detect Hostiles" or anything like that is that it requires you to define hostile intent...and figure out some way to enforce it. "I was planning to just give Derm a hug, but when I got there I changed my mind. Oh look, his own blast killed him thanks to the range!"

Other than that, neat. I especially like the Mark of Justice you suggested, though it's about twice as long as needed.

Its a 1 in 18 chance of affecting everyone yes, but other severity rolls may still hit bunkers or single out individual teammates.
1. It has NEVER affected EVERYONE.
2. That goes directly against what piecewise said. He said it took a 1 followed by a 1 or a 2 to get any friendly fire. Don't just make stuff up because it suits your point.
I hate when people do that.

The thing about that is, you'd just look like you were wearing black. Something that doesn't reflect visible light doesn't necessarily let it through.

And it's important to determine if healers can heal healers, because...well...it'll come up at some point.
