When did an Eladrin die?
i guess he died from old age or something.....
They live for centuries.

Maybe even battling some chaos carriers
I'd be surprised, especially as I haven't been made aware of any Eladrin's death.

Drop my shield-arm to the side, duck, and swing at his legs!

Mutter some kind of prayer for Gio--I'm not a trained medic, dammit, I'm an engineer!--and perform a coup de grace on the unconscious enemy.

Find someway of paying for a 'Thank god there's no government to embezzle tax payers money' shirt and skirt.
+1. Maybe ask really nicely, then offer to help out in the store to pay for them. (Assuming the shirt and skirt aren't more than 50 USD combined, and that the person will give us the equivilant of ~5 USD per hour or more (below US minimum wage), we should be able to pay it off by tomorrow.)

Congratulate our head carpenter and merchant on their fine work. We might want to think about giving them some nigh-meaningless titles that describe what they intend to do anyway. Like Overseer of Construction and Market-Master or some such, it might give them some feeling of importance.
I think we should work on training our militia further, maybe make some crude wooden spears if we can.
Sounds like a few good ideas and an idea about training a spearmilitia with wooden spears. How Iron Age. Why not have them use training swords?

Also, try to learn about what trade goods are needed and made in nearby places.

I'd prefer a catfish, large, doesn't require much food, builds muscle mass quick, and breeds quicker. That'll give us plenty of fish to eat.
Alright, how about cowfish? Same, but beefier.

We are really awesome, you know that?

I suggest that we conserve our mana for a little while, spending it on A. miracles to attract more followers and perhaps B. a mate for our Gold Dragon.

Also, send a diplomat to the dwarves, at least. It's good to get in contact--nector/metal trade sounds lucrative.

Could I get a quick recap?
Uhhh… What do you mean? All the actions are on the thread..
If you scroll up a little bit you'll see what you did last.
That was badly put.
What's going on right now? How many people are alive, and how alive? What's going on outside the trench that my character would know about?

I do vaguely recall getting a mark when I was trying to make my stump do something. I also remember thinking that I had failed.

Dragon- good idea but can we actually house a race full of these reptiles, let alone supply food. Here is a good idea perhaps it's blood or saliva can have some really strong alchemical properties.
Recon flyer- a bird that can sustain long-term flight via the sun, it also has the ability to bend light around it causing it to be rendered invisible, maybe it can also be have a understanding of language.
Firejacket Queen- provides autonomy for firejackets, and also produce queen jelly which has a lot more potent healing properties.
Improved Plant Soldiers- morph their arms into different weapons and shields, also maybe add hive mind with also the capability of individual decisions.
Didn't we tell the guy with the plant boom to make some heavier versions of plant soldiers.
How about this
Dragon: Simple, the good ol' fire-breathing, scaled engines of destruction we know and love. As for their food supply, we can either let them roam free to hunt their own food, or we can feed them the meat-watermelons.
What's wrong with my idea? At least keep the Komodo's diseased saliva.

Gourd Trees: Shoot spore shells that explode on impact, or can be set to explode in the air to disperse spores and shrapnel. The spores will also turn living things it touches into Fungus Spawn (excluding our followers of course). Can be manually controlled by a person with a life boon.
The shells can also be firejacket hives. Because things are always better on fire, if they're not your things.

Quote
Fungus Spawn: Given new resin carapace as armor, resin can be collected while fluid and stored for fuel or the solid resin can be used to make bombs. Either way, the solid carapace is highly explosive, allowing the dragons to explode any dead Fungi Spawn that have fallen in a last ditch effort to stop sieges. Can be controlled through the Gourd Trees, but remain an autonomy not unlike a dog when not controlled.
Firejackets: They already have a hive mind so we dont need to touch them.
No objections here.

Oh idea. Make a wurm out of the Komodo.
Everyone can see a dragon. No one knows where the wurm will come from. It'll swallow the ground from beneath them.
I believe the title for a burrowing dragon-thing is wurm.
Actually its Wyrm I think
Edit now that I think about it that actually might be even better after all bet gods make dragons all the time it would take real imaganation to make a Wyrm.
Wyrms are basically just dragons. Wurms are burrowing, limbless dragons.

The problem with this logic is that "Alderaan Destruction" power also "blow up a space ship."
You're forgetting that "Alderaan Destruction" power also takes an entire day to recharge. So the fact that the Death Star was firing multiple shots during the Battle of Endor implies that it was using much less power for each shot.
I'll admit to not having seen the movies in a while, but...couldn't the Death Star have had more than one laser?

A more accepted (AFAIK) theory is that a fair-sized space rock struck the still-molten Earth, causing a chunk of lava and at least part of the rock to go into orbit. Kinda. Science is annoying like that--it doesn't lend itself to one-sentence descriptions.
Point is, that chunk of rock was not perfectly spherical. It took a very long time (from our perspective, anyway) for that chunk to coalesce with the thousands of other chunks to form that big old off-white ball in the sky.
The bits collected together a lot faster, even if they weren't all in one solid bit yet. It's still probably easier to just mine asteroids, because it kinda takes a lot of energy to bust a planet.
