Shoot them.
That's not what I meant.
Then you shouldn't have accidentally implied it. You should have added something about how you don't want to shoot them. I don't either. Run. If they shoot, they're criminals and our ghost will press charges. Remember--if they're shooting on sight, we have no chance of escaping alive. If they aren't, we can escape if we don't shoot. We don't have the firepower to take out the cops, so don't bother.

"You have two minutes, starting now. Surrender the refugees, and you may be forgiven this transgression if you pay the appropiate fines."
They die here, ok. No surrendering anyone and the only fines they get is horrible slow death.
+1

Guys, just because we're a god chaos doesn't mean we have to destroy and maim everything we see, or change it to a state as useless as it is strange. So far, our inventions have been fine, except for the mess up with the trees.
However, as we have no reason to listen to these fools....let's not give up the refugees. Stand up for our people!

The people that just showed up are the completed opposite of us Fire-Frost, Life-Death, Chaos-Order. We can almost definitely defeat them, considering they are just mortals. I don't think we should hand over the refugees because something might go wrong, such as the orcs/bandits killing them too. It would not fit our persona to just let them take those people. Since we have established a reputation for getting what we want, why not here?
We might not know exactly what kind of boons they have, but they have been hinted to have some. In fact, since they made it through the forest, and they might have Order boons, they might have even neutralized a section of the forest, which seems a likely was that they made it through. We can use the Fungus Spawn to attack first, and have them test the consequences. From there we could decide on another course of action.
Or, we could smite them directly from above, since our power should far outweigh theirs.
Sure, send the Fungus Spawn in after smiting the leader and maybe the horses. Have Tiberius, Laskus, and insanity help, as well.

I think letting the mages go, even if for a plan of escape later is a bad idea. Defeat the soldiers shomehow.
Also, show that surveyor our power, for trying to deal like that with a GOD.

+1 and +1 (nonlethally, once these other guys are dealt with)

...Okay, 3 was perhaps implied to be a bit too restrictive. While general statements like that are okay, a bit more detail is nice. Where do you go for your social life, for instance? How much time do you spend on various activities?

"Bah. It is fools like this which hold us back in the Dark Ages..." Oh, and I'm kinda insulted by the sideways comparison to Hitler.
Sometimes I think that people on Bay12 can interpret just anything as an insult
Psions are Aryans because they are a strictly better version of humans. Their ideology or goals have nothing to do with that.
Technically they're not. The Aryans are a mythological prehistorical human subrace that lived somewhere in the North East Europe/ Asia. There's no implication of being better. (Except you know, the name meaning noble and such.) The original name was merely a ethnolinguical clasification
The Nazis would probably disagree with you...which makes me more certain that he was trying to insult me by comparing me to them.

Incidentally, how do you get more food to avoid eventual starvation?

I am Duerf, God of Sanity
I create a nice box to one corner, with a door for me to get out if I need to. Within the box I create a little world.

Btw, Xantalos, when the invasion starts, we'll hide you under a pink umbrella and reveal you only at the dramatic climax of the story.
Until then, enjoy your tea party with Mr. Stiffly and Mr. Flopsy.
They don't seem to appreciate torture, but they're not bad companions.
How's that O-Chul guy, by the way?
Doing better.

*getting rid of the quote pyramid ftw*

First off, according to Wookiepedia the Death Star's laser, when fired at maximum planet-popping power, takes at least 24 hours to recharge. Unless the Battle of Endor took several days to conclude, it was clearly firing at significantly less power.
And would this reduced power actually split apart planets?
...And if it did, wouldn't that just make the whole thing come together, with the heavier elements and compounds (including just about all the useful ones) to end up in the middle of the new planet?

You may doubt there is unclaimed pacific islands but you would be quite wrong.
In order to fulfill the following statement:
any bit of land above water which is both A. unclaimed and B. able to be colonized enough to support a few thousand people without screwing up the local ecosystem.
The land would need to fit both A and B. Not either-or.
