I doubt anyone hunts, no bows until recently. That being said I.bet we could work up some snares and traps when We feel more.like.it but not this turn. let's just focus on what we have and feeding the famished.
Oh, yes, hunting requires bows. How did those hunter-gatherers manage with just spears, rocks, and ingenuity? Pretty well, seeing as they could catch and kill mammoths. Even without traps, atlatls are pretty darn deadly when used by skilled hands.
He said it was a game based in medieval Europe going by a different name. The art of the atlatl died in summaria as far as Europe is concerned at that time. Protests were also uncommon and strictly military.
They also had bows to replace atlatls.

As far as we know Gwen knows no other school but enchantments... Those can't modify anything without using souls
Conveniently, that's all we'd be asking her to do.

Gwen has gotten souls on her own before though, i don't follow.
Yeah, she used her sword for that before she broke it...
I don't remember hearing that, it doesn't make sense for her to have broken her swords if that's true, and we could always lend her our Soulcatcher.

BTW, can't say that I am unhappy, I dislike enchantments for Night troll ethics reasons
Well, it's not like there aren't people deserving of nothing more than being used as an enchantment postmortem. Head to an evlen prisontree or something.

And GWG, we can find lizards.
Um, lizards aren't six-legged or conveniently attuned to fire already. Salamander-Lizard>Flamebeetle-Firejacket. Cheaper.

((Holy mother of god... I hope Thrakor having all four of his pool points is a typo, because if that spell has no cost, we're doomed))
PM me that idea you had for an eavesdropping spell, okay?
((I had one of those? I've had ideas for just about everything else, and they work roughly 90% of the time, so I'll see what I can do about eavesdropping.))
((Eh, I'll PM you the appropriate PM.))

There's no Side C, silly.
So? It means I'll be the only commander on my side! No conflicting orders, bonus!

There is a D side through.
Okay, that's just being silly.

Damn it. Only one thing to do...SOMETHING DANGEROUS!

Use Guided Mutation on myself to make my head more like a bat's. Make a mental note to pick up more transmution spells soon.
You do realize that you could very well make your head EXPLODE, correct? My god. It's like watching someone have to pick a pit to stand over- one filled with knives and explosives and the other pillows stuffed with 100$ bills.
I assume that whatever happens to my head will at least be bat-related.

Head Death, you say?
Create infinite facehuggers.

Um.
[2] Nope. Thank Gods.

Respawn. Kill Death to death
[3] You kill the Death of Making Head Death Angry, which angers Head Death. He kills you and promotes a new Death of Making Head Death Angry. Respawn?

Try to appeal to Head Death's sense of empathy/pity with my pitiful condition.
[4] IT'S OKAY, A JOB JUST OPENED UP. YOU'RE DEATH OF DROWNING IN SEWAGE NOW.

Respawn as Azathoth.
Ask what the head death is the death of.

[5] Sure. I AM RETIRED FROM THE ACTUAL SOUL COLLECTION SIDE OF THINGS. I'M JUST MANAGEMENT NOW. RELAXING YET STRESSFUL. MIGHT WANT TO GET THAT LOOKED AT, SINCE PARADOX IS ALREADY COMING OVER.

Build shovel/pick out of bone of various corpses then.
talk to deaths. "Hello over there! What's up!?! Would you like to earn a hard day's work?"
[1] They explode. Somehow. Respawn?

Keep playing. Ask Head Death for position as minstrel.
[6] SURE. You are now an entertainment for the Department of Death. Your free time dwindles to none, because you're evidently the only entertainer in the Department...

Teleport to England, Earth.
[5] Dang.

Escape after respawning.
You run around in straight lines. Turns out, the Infinite Featureless Plane of Death doesn't seem to have any edges...

Okay then.
New question: How do we not know where any stars past a certain distance are? IRL we know about where hundreds, thousands, or hundreds of thousands of stars are (give or take). That star field looks maybe a dozen or two light years across, total.

Agree. I prefer Tiberius raising his skills, not that barely loyal vampire
He's not disloyal. He told us Mahir's plans. He's just... Trigger happy. He loves to kill. We should scold him, he shouldn't have attacked that village. Why, they're just people after all. They just worship the wrong god. What we need to do is convert, not kill.
Fixed, and agreed.

No, no, too many BUGS. We need a beast of burden. An actual beast.

Also Salamanders have always been aligned with the fire element. The six-legged ones anyway. They always found them around volcanoes, so they myths go. We should have battlemanders.
True enough, but we already have the firejackets--modify a few of them, and we've got cheap flamebeetles.

Oh, "eventually," "if I don't turn my body to obsidian." Real scared now.

I disagree on the beetle being too big. Horse/Ox size is big enough. It'll probably be relatively flat/short as far as mounts go, but far wider. Either way our dudes should know how to make them work.
We can use Ents for the truly large plans. They're like rooks.
Whatever, I was just making up numbers.
