I think everyone's claimed some of Celestia's power. I just have more of a right to it, since I'm rebuilding what she represented with the energy--something that is pretty darn requisite for life as we know it, too!

Of course, I'm sure everyone has an excuse for why their use of Celestia's power is needed to keep her memory or some such BS...

I'd consider, but A. I'm not sure how much my talents would be useful in setting up a colony, and B. I don't think my above-average-yet-mediocre work ethic would compensate for my procrastination. Oh, and I tend to freeze up in "life-or-death" situations in video games (unless I retreat backwards into a deep pit while firing a pitiful weapon at hordes of more combat-capable things than I am). I have NO clue how I'd act if I actually was in a life-or-death situation...

This looks neat.

...Geez, I want to make a character but can't figure out what would be helpful and fun. Do we have a scientist yet, mad or otherwise?

You don't need to sustain that sun, the sun that powers my planet will be that afterlife i've been planning.

I still kinda need the sun for this world.

warmth and light are too cliche for the new sun

I propose it leaves just enough light for the world to be kept in twilight

Make such a sun if you like, I'm making one which actually lights up the world.

I'd rather not.  One of the projects I want to work on involves generating magic energy from sunlight.  If there's no sunlight I might have to resort to less efficient methods of mana generation.

If you do, could you share those methods with me? Please? Since I kinda made the new sun? Am making, or whatever?

Giant Sponges

I'd advise normal sponges, they're less likely to kill.

How about you try it yourself?

I'm...well, I've figured out how to make a picture. Now how do I make a halfway decent tileset?

A vector is not going to be easier to work with over simple small pixel art.
