1. Don't convert both at once, one now and one saved for later. Why does no one want two new consorts? Is there a time limit between conversions I forgot, or do people just not want to spend the time right now to convert two? I can agree with that, but if a night troll, two consorts, and Alice can't figure out how to bind an elf and then transport her to the tower I'll eat my avatar. Also bear in mind that eating a couple of screaming elven women will probably add the equivilant of a few months to Gwen's pregnancy...Right now, we have the time to convert one consort and even that means maybe being caught with our figurative pants down. Also, the ostensible purpose of this raid was to get Gwen food. So if we end up converting all of our victims instead of letting Gwen eat them, that's really a waste of a trip.
That said, if we are going to convert one of the elves, we should give them the Gift of Inferno's Embrace. Invincibility, Fire Magic and teleportation is too good of an asset to pass up.
More like "You want to be a hero; this elder gives you a quest to slay a random warlord, but that's not enough heroics for you." That's how I see it, at least.Well, I think Ursula should be on her own for the first little bit...at least until the elder decides she's a hero.Nooooonononono. None of this "you're the hero, go save the world" business. Unless a character belongs to a military or somesuch, that's the biggest excuse of a plot I've ever seen.
Who wants to be that warlord guy who is an early-game boss that returns as a bonus boss in ghostly form?We do not need any more bosses.Well, we don't need any more late/end-game bosses, but we could use some regular ones. You know, powerful mooks that exist at the end of a dungeon to provide some more challenge/fun. One-off characters that have a couple lines of dialogue beforedying horriblyattacking the party. Those kinds of things.
If it makes you feel any better, you would probably be one of those villains who just have everyones best intentions in kind and whom secretly are needed to keep the world working right or somethingSuch a villain would be useful.
