I vote trees.
No wait, we're being chased by elves. They won't risk a forest fire and probably know the trees better than us. "Hey Amarel! Sure, I'll drop my branches so you can pass..."

Barn. Um. Too late for good tactic thinks.

Let's go with Ishtar.

((I'm amused that gender was described by chest size...of course that's what our character noticed...)

...Why didn't you fall for the obvious pun?

Oh, okay.

About one spouse or two: Leave the options open, decide once we've interrogated them. Sound acceptable?

We are? Oh, yeah.

Well, lasers are a bit problematic with the heating, but if we can get around that, I'd be willing to design specs for a Hiram-I in spirit which uses lasers.

Yes, but how do we get the elves to finish severing their own heads with the thing? Just hope that the brief time that the elf is walking through that his neck is slightly misaligned and s/he doesn't notice?

Ninja'd.

Why does no one want two new consorts? Is there a time limit between conversions I forgot, or do people just not want to spend the time right now to convert two? I can agree with that, but if a night troll, two consorts, and Alice can't figure out how to bind an elf and then transport her to the tower I'll eat my avatar. Also bear in mind that eating a couple of screaming elven women will probably add the equivilant of a few months to Gwen's pregnancy...
Right now, we have the time to convert one consort and even that means maybe being caught with our figurative pants down. Also, the ostensible purpose of this raid was to get Gwen food. So if we end up converting all of our victims instead of letting Gwen eat them, that's really a waste of a trip.
That said, if we are going to convert one of the elves, we should give them the Gift of Inferno's Embrace. Invincibility, Fire Magic and teleportation is too good of an asset to pass up.
1. Don't convert both at once, one now and one saved for later.
2. Feeding Gwen too much at once isn't good for combat ability.
3. We've got a few elves who would all make good or great hosts; let's not promise Gwen that we'll give her two in case two are great mates. If there's only one suitable mate, let Gwen eat two...but save one for AFTER the ambush.

Well, I think Ursula should be on her own for the first little bit...at least until the elder decides she's a hero.
Nooooonononono. None of this "you're the hero, go save the world" business. Unless a character belongs to a military or somesuch, that's the biggest excuse of a plot I've ever seen.
More like "You want to be a hero; this elder gives you a quest to slay a random warlord, but that's not enough heroics for you." That's how I see it, at least.
Besides, this is some kind of parody. Clichés come with the territory.

We do not need any more bosses.
Well, we don't need any more late/end-game bosses, but we could use some regular ones. You know, powerful mooks that exist at the end of a dungeon to provide some more challenge/fun. One-off characters that have a couple lines of dialogue before dying horribly attacking the party. Those kinds of things.
Who wants to be that warlord guy who is an early-game boss that returns as a bonus boss in ghostly form?

If it makes you feel any better, you would probably be one of those villains who just have everyones best intentions in kind and whom secretly are needed to keep the world working right or something
Such a villain would be useful.

How would we trapify that? Make a narrow band of slowed time around neck level, hope the elves don't notice it before walking into it enough that they lose their heads? Could work, if long and common enough... and scattered in height, of course.

You left out distraction/minor damage as a use for drones. Fire a big missile or two and have it enveloped in a cloud of cheap drones with something like railguns or whatever, the missile will make it there better.

A round specially designed to penetrate spaceship hulls will penetrate hulls better than a round not designed to, or a random rock. Any ammo we use will be a potential problem, but in practice not much of an issue, especially if we bother to track when battles happened and what directions ammo was fired.

Burn goblin.
With fire breath, not falsified evidence of misconduct as a spy or somesuch.
