When quoting it, did you notice the abbr tags? Those let you add text that comes up if you move your cursor over the text. For instance, move the cursor over Wanda and what do you see?

I'm not sure how you could convince the military that furry ears and tail would be helpful for combat, or even not harmful. For starters, it would screw up most if not all uniforms.
