Find a good, clayey spot for an underground farm. Make such a spot, and have the farm irrigated by off-duty militia members. The farm should be fallow in spring, grow pig tails in the appropriate season, and add some plump helmet growing in there. We could probably have 2-3 crops of helmets per year.
Um...industry? Make sure we have a dining room, then send the miners digging deeper for magma and such.
