That's big, but not too big for the older trees. There are redwoods and such something like three times that width.
Also if tiles are in fact roughly 3 meter cubes, those 3x3 tree trunks would be 9 meters(30 feet) wide!

Currently, once a creature is transformed, it will stay transformed until it reaches the end of its time transformed, at which point the next transformation it was hit with will kick in.
I think the opposite should happen. When a creature is transformed, then transformed again, it should immediately transform into the second creature and pick up its first transformation where it left off.
This is more intuitive and sensible, and does not close off modding options for transformations. For instance, infinite-duration transformations would no longer permanently transform creatures irreversibly into other creatures. That's the biggest thing.

What is likely is that it was a captured human that occasionally raid that just happened to be a demon or wear beast.I'm guessing demon.

Things have always been one tile. Now some things will be many tiles. Other bigger things are going to look weird if they're smaller.
