You swear. You knock out several elves with your iron poker, but when they start to surround you you start to lose.

You wake up in a small cell. There is a plate of food in one corner, a pitcher of water near it, a bucket in the opposite corner, a bed in a third corner, and a barred door towards the fourth. Your clothes and gear have been removed; you are naked, but looking under your bed, you see some old but functional elvish clothes.

I'll write up more, but it's too late right now...

Eight more, armed with maces and hammers of all sorts and armored in a random array of human, elven, dwarven, and goblin armor, approach.

The five wait for the merchants to finish their fight.

Him, you're right. Call it...The Isle of Fire. The city, Redcliffs, was founded on a mostly-extinct volcano. It won't erupt without magic or miracles, but just to be safe all buildings are made out of basalt.

For a vanilla game, I'd say a flying steel titan with max cloud size, instant lung paralysis syndrome deadly dust would be the worst.

Full-body bleeding syndromes kill faster than the lung paralysis syndromes.

Why not both? Plus necrosis of nervous tissue?
