so, where do we stand, what still needs to be done? Setting is mostly done, only 3 characters remain entirely stat-less. I guess what remains now is for GWG to go over our abilities, look at how many points they'd be worth in total, and then inform us wether they need toning down, if we should perhaps get some flaws to balance out our PP, or if maybe we even have some point left over for some additional perks?
Indeed. I'll start going over characters once I get the chance. In the meantime, could people with vaguer abilities summarize how they envision their abilities working?

How would Stella's Stuff work in the GURPs system GWG?
She just turns into her draconic form, right?
Was kinda meaning for her draconic form, but she has a toned down half for, (Less armour but not as big a target basically)

Stands for either Power Points or Perk Points. Usually corresponds 1:1 with GURPS's Character Points, but sometimes it doesn't (typically when the rules of the two systems don't align).

Also the occasional important bit, like (poorly-explained) sky-high unemployment rates and New York being a devastated wasteland. (Which isn't helping the US be more open to magic.)

Also... How much of a down on the point thingy would being a pacifist and generally getting scared  frozen affect it?
That would be Pacifism (Total Nonviolence) for -30 points (which also implies that you'll actively try to stop others from fighting as well) and Combat Paralysis for -15. It would be just enough for the last version of the powers, and leave you with one free point to spend on, I dunno, Autotrance or something.

You're not trying to make these characters off of 100 CP, are you? Cause anyone who's throwing around particles at .5C is WAY above that.

Also remember, there are MANY different magic systems to use in GURPS. The Default magic as skills is good for wizards that spend lots of time studying in order to learn each specific spell as a single skill. If you want more flexible magic, there RPM, my favourite. For people with less focus on skill and more inborn talent, there's Magic as Powers, as done in sorcery, Chinese Elemental Powers, or even Divine Favor and Psionic Powers for ones less branded as Magic.
The 100 Character Points is just for Advantages and Disadvantages. And it's only an initial suggestion.
