"I-It's going to be okay, Angel...y-you don't need to cry..."
"Mm-hm..." Angel tries to stop crying. She is slightly successful.

The pups love me
And what makes you say this?

Quote
I'll be sleeping away from camp for a while to keep the pups safe and so that IC nobody knows about the pups being older or trained but me.
Why the hell are we trusting Torban again, if he's keeping even silly little things like that secret?

Quote
I'm holding it for a surprise later on closer to when we reach camp. If my Gnoll suspicions are correct they're my ace in the hole.
Pointless, unless one of us is a gnoll spy.

Quote
I'm not a.hey that's Torbans poi.t of view.
And? It's Torban I'm not trusting.

Quote
As a non warrior your opinion has very little importance to Torban in what he co.spiders to be hostile territory. In trading or diplomacy your opinion is important in this situation. Your a weak link in the team.
Re: Torban is unlikeable.

Quote
He hasn't been arrogant or condescending since his explination the previous day. Since then he was perfectly civil and respectful with the two people's he's spoken to. If slightly impatient with Kyle but he has months of training to do with him.
Which is why I said as long as he doesn't return to his previous behavior. Since he opened up a little last night and everything with Alma and Kyle Torbans decided to be a little more respectful with most people. Kyle especially.
And what reason does Carl have to think Torban won't return to his previous behavior? First impressions matter.

Everyone else is neutral or at least trusts me a little. So all in all I'm not doing to bad.
I'm not sure if anyone really trusts Torban, per se, and he certainly doesn't have any friends.
As far as I know. There are periods I've been skimming.

<Pretty much...>
<Oh... That's too bad... But at least you asked, right? So now you definitely know and don't have to worry about it anymore.>
<I guess...>

Angel's crying a bit harder now.

Jebediah rejects the idea of hovercraft, bit Bob volunteers to pilot one in his stead.

I'm not sure how to do that, but I imagine that I can find instructions.

P.S. What does everyone think about my updating schedule?

I wounder how the sods would react to being sprayed with it?
"Target suspected as mentally deficient. Lowering priority. Target categorized as unarmed."

Is anyone interested in a worldbuilding thread on the first game's world?
How does that work?
Which part, spaceman?

<Try something like.... 'Alister... I-I. I really like you a lot and I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't be with you...'. Alister seems like the type to react favorably to that.>
<That's actually kinda sweet. You should try to let Alister know how you feel, Angel.>
<I already did, yesterday...>

Your argument said untrained and unbound.
Which is A. what the pups were when Torban got them and B. what I thought they still were.

Quote
The pups and Wolfenstien are gone for now . Wolf's using his 3 lifetimes of experience to train them up.
...Your point being?

Quote
Well most of those problems are kinda really minor so I'm not really worrying about them.
Well, two things.
1. No, not all of them, not from outside certain points of view.
2. They add up, along with the complete lack of trustworthiness, to make Torban look much like a bastard.

Quote
Wolf pups? If they were ill we would have seen.
Right. Because all illnesses manifest with mange, vomit, and discoloration 30 seconds after infection.

Quote
His attitude? He's not being buddy buddy but he's being civil for the most part
Civil but condescending. And arrogant, can't forget that.

Quote
and training 2 people who requested it which counters the arrogant and self interested argument in time as long as he doesn't go back to his earlier attitude.
"Self-interested" doesn't mean you never help people, it just means you aren't altruistic. And those are different! Self-interested aid is giving a family a loan and wanting it paid back with interest, not laughing at their plight and burning down the house!

Quote
I knew the moment I found the empty graves which is when I we.t to the caravan and sent the message to you all. I could have been half a mile down the road before it came out if I'd wanted. We all could have been. I decided to stay and fight with the others instead.
...Why the hell didn't we go around?

Quote
That's up to you. You ran so good reason or not Torban doesn't really care what you think.
Which is up to me? Neither "How would the gods have loved your fleeing" nor "All it proves it you won't stab us in the back for no reason" have anything to do with me.

By the way, you're doing a REAL good job of making Torban seem worthy of...anything, really. And again, you're getting angry at a noncombatant for []inot fighting[/i]. You're reminding me of a drow my brother played in one of my campaigns. The party got fed up with him and threw him down the stairs into a hydra's lair.
I'm not saying that we'll feed Torban to hydras, but you're making that look like an increasingly appealing option.

Wait a sec.

Surely, if the wolves are off being trained by other wolves, they're being trained to be feral? Why would they be loyal to you? They haven't been with you that long, certainly not enough to imprint. Why would they be loyal to you?
Why are they not feral NOW?
