Yes, but the fact that the heart's relsize is larger would make the upper body smaller. Relsizes are a ratio, not a set amount.

But the heart would be smaller too, so the heart would be smaller than the chect.

Rules: It has to be REALLY friggin weak.
         It cannot just die on its own-no making a creature that melts at room temp :P

Mount Shitlorde, where we can stay safe and set up a base, as well as scavenge for supplies. Li,e, ancient machines or machine-bits or something. Also, if we can walk there, there's hunting grounds of some sort within walking distance.
