Now, now, I notice one flaw in the CIA's assassination attempts. They were faliable. Seriously, exploding cigars? What we need is a special tops team of miners, masons, and mechanics to make a magma pump stack up to the Cuban capital and leave a lever inside which floods the dictator's bedroom with magma.

About the crossbreeding: tigers and lions can interbreed, but tigons and liters have new problems.

I'm typing this away from Wi-Fi, but if I get back before a new day begins here's what I think should happen.

Coleman will chat with Ash while they work, but Ash will probably remain silent as she does in the mines and outlast him. Meanwhile, Grant and Thomas will probably hunt, Thomas keeping an eye out for some companion and Grant for something to kill. If that badger has been butchered, Lunira could try making some bone bolts (arrows? What do they use?) while keeping a watchful eye out. If not, James could learn butchery and thereby be useful. Finally, Rosa should smelt the tetrahedrite mined yesterday.

We could simply take over a country with the assasination method and unify the army of the country we take over and our own army.
Good idea. A bunch of 'probably overweight Internet nerds' can kill a tyrannical dictator and his cadre of bodyguards unarmed, with no combat training.

I've already suggested some means of making money, a few pages back.

As for the DORA of WWII, it had an entire flak battalion to protect it from such incidents. By the time we have the technology to build one (on lunar), we will have functioning AA defenses.
As to combat training, I can handle a rifle but that's it.
A DORA might be good to make later on, but not for a while.

But that means taking over the rebels first.
No. We kill dictator, make rebels happy, and offer them government positions / representatives.
They will probably have an idea of what the people want.
The rebels aren't needed, but will provide a decent, armed, support base.
EDIT: any ideas for the country?
This sound acceptable, but we need to actually listen to them.

How strong of gravity in the medium one?
I'd go there if the gravity's about 1 G, it sounds like a good place to set up a temporary base. Gravity is needed to avoid bone loss, so most of the things people spend lots of time in would probably be there. Otherwise, the small part should be fine.

Ninja: Turn on some lights and head into the hole. Also, question what a space-cat is.

Frankly, on the first read-through I read the suggestion as some kind of impersonal and extremely powerful entity. I didn't reread until your post, and now I see it as more like an adventurer who happens to have divine powers and responsibilities. That will be fine once gods start acting like that.
Note that my description is not meant literally.

They sell whatever they have tamed, AFAIK.
Which can be basically anything with [PET] or [PET_EXOTIC] tags.
There's also MOUNT, MOUNT_EXOTIC, and restrictions on what they can tame, like no evil critters or ones from halfway around the world.
