Hm, the idea of oozes is cool, especially when you allow them to become different when they eat different stuff. Feed it silk, it becomes soft and cute, an excellent pet if small enough and an excellent trade good for the elves if not. Feed it skeletons, and it becomes hard, white, and creepy. Feed it live goblins, and it becomes bloody. Feed it iron, it becomes ironic. Feed it only (or in addition) water, and it becomes more fluidey and similar to how it sta...wait, I said "ironic?" I don't think that's what I meant.

I like the idea of putting them inside weapon traps.  However, I'm not fond of the suggestion as it was written by the OP.  Triggering, would be a displeasure to me and my play style.
Wait...you want to be able to put 3X3 siege engines inside 1-tile weapon traps?

For some reason, monarchs don't come with any personality. Maybe that's a feature, but I doubt it.

The "husband of the bloated crone" part just means that a previous king later got abducted by a bloated crone, and so all historical references to that king call him a husband of a bloated crone. Weird? Yes.

What's "candy"? The only thing in DF that comes in wafers is Adamantine, and all dwarves know what that is.
Cotton candy is another name for a certain blue...never mind, it's not like anyone doesn't know what's under the magma sea.

Otu's got a point. Though I bet we could add CHILD tag. Hmm... if we got two demons of the same type and forced them to have the child tag via adventurer reactions, made them passive and switched to Dwarf Mode via dfusion and dfhack...

...I feel sad that this is the best thing I can up with.

If I'm starving and all I had to eat were some bones, I'd eat the marrow, then the bones if needed. (Of course, the bones would probably be from my pet dog, who would have been previously eaten, so they wouldn't be that ol...I'm stopping that train of thought about a sentence too late.)
