Nothing. He would die one second later.WRONG!!
HE WOULD CONQUER IT!!!
Nothing. He would die one second later.Nothing. Urist, like I, has no idea what that even is.
WWUD if he was in Nazi Zombies on Five?
This kind of thing has been suggested before and there was even a working prototype.Small typo foxed.
Integrated Dwarf Foreman.
It doesn't look as easy to use but it's worth checking out.
Yeah, you can give objects syndromes but you need a way to get it into the blood, dont think poisoned melee weapons can be done, ranged who knows?. You can also use below air evaporation temperature, this causes the object to turn to toxic gas as soon as it enters the map. Annoying, but is used to make toxic rock that kills miners.Problem being that I don't want to kill the 'nids the instant they enter the map.
I don't really know where war elephants come into the picture besides being semi-megabeast quality... I certainly had no intention of involving elephants anywhere.I was just saying something I thought would be awesome.
Indeed a race of terrible carp-men would be Fun for the whole family. Maybe if they were prone to rage and skilled in unarmed combat... The question is though whether they should be skulking thieves like kobolds that will only send ambushes after successfully stealing your stuff... And very good ambushers at that.
Further ideas for that?
Some people claim that DF is nigh-unplayable without DT. I disagree. (On a PC.)One doesn't have to use third-party programs to play Dwarf Fortress. It's a convenience. The line between convenience and necessity is blurry and subjectively-placed.
And .... ? That's language for you, brother. Words are sorta .... subjective .... in application.
So, where's the overlap, in regards to the current topic? Why is the line blurry?
i got an image of an dwarf riding an werewolf... theyre untrainable right?Of course, now werewolves are human were-wolves (or dwarf were-goats, or elf were-robins, or...)...so...that would be interesting...
I think they'd be more likely to use cave creatures than aboveground creatures. Is that why they tame dralthas, jabberers, crundles, and purring maggots instead of water buffalo, dogs, cats, and cattle? Oh, wait, they don't.
