1. Elf vs. Dwarf, Perplexicon style!

2. Oh look, a few potential victims.

Grab and start strangling Eric.

"AH!" Lucien turns his gaze to carl, "the last of our compatriots has arrived! Come over here and have a mug of ale. I'll begin explaining the mission."
Carl does so, looking over the others a bit worriedly.

Assuming your just going by posts though.
Oh, I disagree. We also have more players, characters, and plots than pretty much any game. And of course we win the GM race by a mile.

It would be significantly smaller if people made the larger IC posts like other games rather than posting small messages which can be a minute as saying that someone nods or shrugs.
Since those small messages are typically part of conversations, there isn't really any cure for that unless we want to completely destroy basically all roleplaying.

You're forgetting TA, which is still really big, even though it's dead.
It's a lot smaller, in every dimension.

((That awkward moment when I think we already have a character with that name in canon, albeit one not used in ages.))
Not my fault Tori hasn't been around in like ever.

Do the obvious!
Examine the menus of Ripriver items
+1
And view what does our new title do
+1 to both of these actions.
+1

Ask Ripreaver what he remembers of his kingdom.

"Indeed. Any idea what, where, or how we can stop it?"

Carl enters the bar. He looks at the odd crowd gathering inside quizzically.

Well, Nimue is probably a wimp like her servants if a naked man can just threaten them until they leave.
Nimue? That's Tori's Angel.

((The problem with this particular brand of violence is that it's mindless violence. Ie, he isn't being efficiently violent. Or safely violent.))

((I find that unlikely, seeing as literally everyone mentioned that they were surprised by Kyle's action. And it makes sense, since Kyle basically set him on fire the second he saw him.))

"I know, Platz. Know what?"

((It would be better still if we attacked simultaneously from all directions. As opposed to now, when we're more or less clustered in one area, and only one person is going to get the drop on him because he didn't even let us know he was attacking.))

<Furthermore, regret and self doubt tend to linger in such matters as do the consequences. It is often most preferable to not be in a position to influence the matter at all.>
<"With powers come responsibilities." I believe your world has a similar saying. The point is, you are in a position to influence matters as long as you have the power to influence matters. If you don't have regret and self-doubt over these matters you could have changed but didn't, you're just ignoring what you could have done.>
<I beg to differ, with power comes the insufferable, narcissistic self-righteousness that humanity has repeatedly justified its past atrocities with. Sometimes narcotic verisimilitude is preferable to bitter anagnorisis is it not?>
<You already have power. That's unavoidable, really. The question is...what will you do with it?>

"Ugh, wha' now?"
Will turns around.
