Quick question...

When the hell did we skip ahead four days?

<I've got the link...>
<Mind telling it to everyon then?>
He sends a link. It's kinda gibberishy as URLs tend to be.

((A couple of days should have passed anyway between her death and the end of it all now.))
((Um, what?))
((The fight was on Tuesday, in game it is now Saturday.))
((When did this happen?!?))

that has to be absolutely unfunniest cringe inducingly bad show I have ever seen. Certainly not a good source to use should ICARUS ever get a personality. I guess I'll just stick with my original plans for a yandere
That is...odd...
Yeah, yandere FTW. Although if she falls in love with Kyle she'll have her work cut out for her...Or you could take a little inspiration. From that first episode, I got the idea that she was kinda privileged and the mean kind of aloof.

On a different topic, requesting lore infusion: whats the thing with angels needing hosts?
Basically, they're a class of spirit so powerful that their mere presence warps and distorts reality. They get around this by technically not being there, merely manifesting themselves through hosts.
Didn't they manifest in the battle? Or was that giant legged pyramid thing technically still the host?

Where did that half-dozen come from?

"Understood."
It listened to Tobias but not Kyle?

>By comforting Maria, I meant tucking her into bed. She was over it two hours ago.<
Wait, isn't Anima Maria's alternate form?

There, you both have an STD that renders you bedridden. Have fun.
Well fuck.
Isn't that what got you into this mess?

<Try it on the Playstation.>
Will does.

<... Do you know anything about Lily's fanfiction?>
<I've got the link...>

>Mainly, the fact that they found it necessary to explode an innocent house.<
<Yeah, that was kinda dumb. Did they really think that would make us give them Shys'm Caes faster?>

does this mean we're not allowed to tactical diplomacy a shopkeeper, period?

Also, are we still floating?

Okay, so we can only teleport away from here and come back. If we do teleport away, we'd probably spend quite a while in the upper floors to make it worthwhile. If we do that, we're liable to piss off Cain. Even if we don't want to meet him, he'd still probably represent a huge threat to us if we make him angry. Granted, he's chained, but that could change at some point. If it does, we really don't want him to be angry with us. Because of this, a preemptive -1 to all suggestions involving teleporting via the time-limited checkpoint. We'd probably want to hold off leaving DL3 until we find Cain.

Also pick up and examine the rock.

Secondary Heart turns the game into a different game that doesn't have permadeath.
If you can get to the end of a mission or a medkit fast enough.

And immunity to mind control has the same problem HEAT ammo had, where it renders a group of lategame enemies trivially easy to beat.
Are Rift, Psionic Lance, and stuff that trivial?

Do yer own frikkin' research! Though now that the search function is borked, I guess one could be forgiven for not wanting to use that unpractical solution using google search.
What would I even search for? "Automanip" would turn up every post someone mentioned one in, and every post quoting one of those, and most quoting one of those. It's not just being able to search; knowing what to search for is also important.
If there isn't an "Automanip Guide" or something else with a distinctive, memorable title, search can be remarkably tough to glean data like that from; you need to find needles in haystacks, doncha know.

We need to determine what Grate retains from his current form when he dies. e.g. If his brain is removed to be put into a synthflesh body, does he even keep the quantum immortality?(problem: if not, the whole enterprise becomes kinda moot, since the only way of testing it is killing Grate and seeing what happens)
And if he dies while being full synthflesh, does he return full synthflesh? If yes, interesting options there.
And three questions come up with this.
1. How would we research questions like this?
2. Would this go better in the Tinker thread or the OOC thread?
3. ...Or should we have a "Tinfoil/SuperTech/Mad Science Theorizing Thread"?
