Kyle rolls his eyes and goes to Will's window with a ladder and opening it before going inside and moving the paper out of the way of the door and opening it and going back downstairs.
"Am I to take your lack of replies to my question of accusation as an admission of guilt?"

Calvin is looking around to see where the backyard is. And why they were sent there.

1. Again, there are plenty of scenarios where "Clap! Clap!" does not provide a sufficient level of detail to be helpful. Maybe if everyone learned a special clapping code, but that requires spending time on that rather than learning or doing other things.

2. I'm saying that there are scenarios where talking helps that are NOT being caught by supervillains.
And that some villains are stupid. Fact of the genre.

3. Did I say that it made them useless? No, I merely said it makes them less able. Which is, again, the definition of a disability.

4. I mean symbolically. For all we know, I might see blue the way you see red and vise versa. No practical issues, it's just pure philosophy.

<Okay, but without the surveillance data from the office building the bomber stood in...These Feds better make a damn good job, or it'll be all for naught.>
<Que sera sera.>

Kyle gives Will an incredulous look.
"It's paper."
"It's a lot of paper. And it's filling basically the whole room, not much room to bend. And I'm a bit worried that if I try, it'll compress something delicate and important."

"Ahh, files, very good. This will take a Will to look through, Will, do you want some coffee before we start?"
"It's not even noon."
Will helps.

<Hey, Hai. Check Server 0002 for web access and stuff.>

How much force can you apply with your telekinesis?

"We're all bored, but we're bored together!"

"What did they say?"
"My door opens inward. I couldn't even get in."

<I know, that was my player's mission so I do have access to the notes.>
<But you didn't read them, because that would be metagaming, cheating, and fourth-wall-breaking...right?>
<No, I read all of them. Why do you think I did absolutely nothing? Because even if I try not to, I'll still end up being directed by my knowledge of it. So I didn't get involved. Furthermore, assuming I didn't, as @Empiricist did all the rolls, I would still have the risk of facing allegations of receiving preferential treatment and whatnot in the form of false rolls. Hence neither myself nor Alice participated.>
<True, I suppose. But still, if nothing else it ruins the suspense for you. Not to mention that it's kinda unfair.>

"Tell me, girl, how many villains have you seen that go that far off the deep end end up turning good?"
{I'd say about one in ten of those who get approached with an offer. So basically none.}

Calvin is on the beach, just laying around, wondering if anything is going to happen.
(Seriously, GMplot is happening more in RotMG.)

Bang. Stomp. Clap clap clap. Bang. Stomp. Clap clap clap. Whistles. Whistling. The mute aren't always mute. Unless you wish to suggest that she is tied to a chair. But even then, gagging already works on people who can speak.
As to the first half: Those are hardly good at giving particularly detailed information, and some would be pretty hard to tell that she was even trying to get some point across.
As to the second: Not all of them involve successfully being captured. And let's face it, in a comic book universe, it's even odds if they'll bother to gag you.

Edit: As a counter argument, does having to cope with something imply that a person is inherently worse?
Yes. It's kinda in the definition of "cope". You don't cope for being extremely smart unless people in your town burn smart people as witches.

Alternatively, just give her a mindlink bracelet or something.
Wrong universe, and it doesn't help her if she needs to warn literally anyone except teammates. Or if the people she needs to contact have their bracelets off, or blocked everyone because they value not listening to other people talk over being able to hear people calling for help.

One thing I wonder though... When I think in my head, I hear my own voice going through the motions. But what voice does someone who doesn't have a voice of their own use?
Or someone who can't hear?

And for that matter, do I see the color red the same way you do?

When I mentioned size, I meant anything larger than 2'' diameter would be slightly hard to control, and anything 1' or over would be very hard. And he can't fling it at like, 100000mph. He can move it towards things slower or faster depending on the size.
1. Bullets don't travel anywhere near 100,000 miles per hour.
2. Metal blades don't really need to travel that fast to be deadly.
3. Speaking of stuff like that, that bullet thing would be pretty easy to do with pretty much any weapon short of a broadsword or a haymaker.
4. You wouldn't need too fine of control with your shoes to levitate at least.
So we're going from "Superman, give or take" to merely "Man with an inherent gun, the ability to stop weapons, and levitation". Still a bit on the powerful side, especially when you factor in the more conventional uses.
how long a range is the telekinesis, anyways?

"No. Well, once I could make these zappy laser disks, but they didn't help much."
"Ah. What's the worst thing you've gotten so far?"
"Probably the hair armor. I've also had some powers that basically do nothing."

"Yeah. Why?"

Kyle shrugs.
"Is that apathy, ignorance, or not wanting to admit your deeds?"
