A Dwarf Fortress based last stand scenario could be done, if you wanted to.
You mean, against the most H of the HFS?

7337
Not entirely contradictory with what javier said.

((I'm proud of my tendency to actually look up the damn facts beforehand, of how I try to learn more on my own time, of my intelligence, my knowledge. I also have the far-from-unique attitude of wanting evidence for various accusations.
If someone just comes up and calls me an ignorant idiot, you'd better believe I'm going to demand an explanation.))

"How could I do anything else?"

((No one calls me ignorant without explaining themselves damn well. NO ONE.))

Will came down.
"Shut it, I'm trying to co--oh, hey, it's a space marine."
Will pauses, dramatically counting on his fingers.
"You're the third or fourth weirdest thing to happen to us this week."
"FUKKEN SUP!"
"..." Will pauses, before deciding the phrasing didn't lend itself to puns.
"Not much, at least not that people have told me."

Keith comes back in and hides behind Will.
Which doesn't work well, since Keith is probably a bit taller than Will.

Is a pattern behind the Patterned Gate?
Is a patterned shirt behind the Patterned Gate?
Is a patterned gate behind the Patterned Gate?
No. Well, there is nothing behind the Patterned Gate that can be called a "pattern," but the Gate itself has a pattern.
Yes.
Yes.

((...
Hint: Never call me ignorant if you want me to shut up.

So explain why I'm wrong. Explain how God didn't create the snake, regardless of if it was a literal snake as the Bible clearly stated--complete with a Just So Story for why snakes don't have legs--or Satan/Lucifer/etc as some have later interpreted, that tempted Eve into eating the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. While you're at it, explain why this knowledge was so horrible for Adam and Eve to have that God condemned them and their children to suffer through their lives until they died, or how He expected them to listen to Him without knowing what good and evil were, or why He made the tree in the first place, especially given his omniscience that supposedly lets Him make detailed plans that everything fits into.))

is 42 behind the door
No. It might be the answer to life, the universe, and everything, but it isn't the answer to this.

Is this forum behind the Patterned Gate?
No.

Are there Rhymes behind the Grate?
Are there gods being sacrificed behind the Grate?
No.
Yes, barely.

No love for Mlamlah? Then here's one vote...
Oh, right. Eh, +1.

Keep expanding those fields, and diversifying those crops. Also construct a fishing weir as suggested, to get more protein in our diet.

Any other ideas, guys?
+1
Construct a map key. Some of it's obvious, a bunch...not. And it's only going to get more confusing as time goes on. I don't even know what the scale is.

Alright, let's call it the Patterned Gate.

Is the other side of the door behind the door?

This answer also solves all possible doors except one sided doors which logically can have nothing behind them :P
No. To start, it's a gate, not a door.

7349
Well, yes, if the host agreed to it, but if they didn't, there shouldn't be any way to access abilities.
Technically, they can't do anything in the host's head if the host doesn't let them.

Well, a plot. We already have a plot or two going on.
I've been kinda watching but haven't really absorbed much of what's been going on.

Attacked a big ship. Nice that I didn't have to guess which direction it was. Less nice? The couple ceyssalid packs. A rocket and a grenade took out the first group, but the second required a bit of firepower. They killed a squaddie. Remarkably, they weren't the biggest thing; that would be the sectopod. That thing was frikkin' hard to take down. On the bright side, it didn't quite kill anyone, although it darn near killed Sid Meier. After that, I was worried because the mission wasn't over...but then I saw that the remaining aliens were just a pair of sectoids wandering out by the side of the ship for some reason. I'm imagining them going out to fetch some cryssalid chow in case we were late, and then..."Hey, guys! We heard some noises, are you--OH GOD THEY KILLED KE'NII!"
