Aphrodite takes Will to her room and starts dressing him up in dresses and does his makeup, before returning him to the party, right in the middle of all his friends/acquaintances. He's probably not aware of all of this.

He's not that drunk and protests politely (well, as politely as a drunk guy can) and promptly runs for a bathroom once he appears.
He doesn't make it far before tripping, but it's a good try.

Cyrielle drags Will away.

It's probably more efficient than Will trying to run.

Catherine looks at Will, and giggles a bit.

Will looks annoyed, but not uncomfortable.

Sure. She stretches her wings, tries to fly, notices she's naked, and promptly covers herself with her wings as best as possible. Then she "lands".
"Ow!"

The chamber emits a pleasant gas, relieving any stress and putting her to sleep.  When she wakes up, she is exactly as the screen had shown, there's a warning on the screen however, that she will be unable to fly in her present state, her bones are too heavy, she'll need hollow bones (more fragile), and her wings aren't developed enough for full flight.  They'll grow with her as she ages, approximately 4 years for full flight, she could only be able to glide at the moment, or she can age up now.  It also suggests tail feathers for stability.

Assuming I can still change things: Add tail feathers. Hollow out bones, add air sacs, etc. Also make sure the wings are big enough.
Because really, what's the point of wings if you can't fly?

The handcuffs deconsolidate and dissipate. It wasn't amusing anymore now that Will was so heavily inebriated anyway.

Angel does so, adding red-feathered bird wings. She also adds neat crests along her arms and makes her taller and thinner (though still a child overall). She finishes off by making her hair green. Then she decides that she is ready.
