Selina's power, which lets her theoretically create any kind of object imaginable and has been shown to create various types of enchanted items. Played right, she could easily overpower the rest of the players. She does not.
Angel/Nuriel's power seems useful, but as I've noted, it's extremely limited in ability. Sure, it's not bad in combat, but it is bad at limiting collateral damage, and it has practically no practical use. This should put her towards the back of the pack, but it does not.
Gintama, Matt's alternate form, had the power to make people drunk. Situationally useful but extremely weak. He was the Kyle of his era.
And seriously, if all you can think of for "Enhanced Aim" is "Acupuncture!", you aren't thinking things through well enough. That's a killer in combat. You should be able to take down pretty much any kind of combat vehicle with a well-aimed pebble, kill people with a single blow, and so forth. Sure, not many non-combat applications, but until you think of one for fire magic that is reasonably likely to come up and isn't overshadowed by, say, flashlights, you have no room to complain.
And this isn't a game focused too much on "balance" as much as "fun". Which comes more from roleplaying.

A *realistic* approach to accupuncture just makes the power so incredibly useless that I might as well just play a normal mouse1. Normal mice don't have opposable thumbs or speech. Those put you head and shoulders above a mouse, minimum. Also, you're at least a few times bigger.
2. How about sticking to what it does in the actual source material? You know, fix/disrupt the balance of yin and yan, stuff like that.

I later dropped it as a source though, because i noticed too late that it mentions "since earth began", and not due to humanity. by that time it was too late to just retcon with another source, because like you, I do like logic - starting with the chronological order of events

Again, I'm advocating you just stick to the source material rather than making crap up. Like you have been overall. Like with the "1-4 billion species already driven extinct by man" when the highest estimates of all the species that have ever existed are in the low hundreds of millions.
It might not bug you, but some of us like not being able to make crap up. We like reliability, verisimilitude, and following logic.
