Do not attack young triffids.

Saw an NPC attacking them.
Decided to join the fun.
Found out they were an easy source of veggie goodness and started killing them by the dozens.
Went to sleep well fed.
Woke up next day.
Adult Triffids and Vine Monsters everywhere.

Oh lord.

Now we REALLY need a third dimension... so corpses can pile and we can literally make a mountain of them.

Welcome to Mt. Slaughter ~ We hope you have a nice day, and a bloody, bloody apocalypse.

I do believe a rehaul of houses is definitely in order.

Thing is, if you look in the average house today, you find a heck of a lot more than a few sets of clothes, and a fridge with a few things in it. I don't know about you guys, but where I live, this place is STOCKED. There's so much stuff I dunno what to do with it.

Houses need to be less minimal. We need a bunch of items that suggest that there were actually people LIVING in them, you know?

Roguelikes don't ususually have plot, considering the fact that they're randomly generated and have permadeath.

You're probably gonna be waiting a long time.

there are two zombie types that share a symbol.
Do you mean Zombies and Grabber Zombies? Because they're actually slightly different colors.

Problem is the way the game views itself. Right now, the game treats each turn as the turns appear - everything is still, time is frozen, everyone is deciding what to do.
It needs to treat itself like reality - the car/person is flying by/running, and you're trying to aim at it while moving.

Basically, we need movement to affect an entity's ability to aim.

I definitely want this for Android.

Most of my Chars these days have 13 starting int, means you can read any book, just more convenient.
Ooh, I didn't know that. That's really handy.

Also, is there any way to raise your base stats at all? Or will they forever remain the same and only your Skills will increase?

Question has already been asked above, but I'll repeat it - Why this rather than TomeNET?

I haven't been going ranged at all recently. My last game (which I saved and haven't finished yet) I reduced my Perception as low as I could get it in return for high DEX, got myself a little Dodging and Cutting Weapon skill, and now I destroy everything with a combat knife. My DEX is so high that I never miss with it, despite its -3 to-hit, it hits so fast that zombies hardly get any shots at me, and I kill regular zombies in two hits, every time. I've fought off several brutes, skeletons, shockers - I've fought off everything, and nobody can even hit me.

Only thing you have to be careful of is getting surrounded. If you take zombies 1-on-1, no problem, but if you try to take even one more at once, you start getting hit, your pain modifiers start rising, and after a while, you can't run fast enough to maneuver away from the larger hordes, and you die.

I want a katana so badly.

The ones that walk up to me in the middle of nowhere and are all, "I need you to kill my zombified mother also fuck you" are the ones that piss me off the most. You do their dang quest and then they wander off and you can't even find them to get training from them. I usually just kill them straight off if I have a good gun on me or I'm feeling good about my melee and dodge skills.

No... it's gotta be Elephants. Nothing strikes fear into the hearts of your enemies like raging, hate-filled elephants.

I guess you could say the same thing about shooters in general (and yes, I dislike the insane amount of shooters as well) and games like final fantasy. But final fantasy at least changed its battle scheme a couple times, and their storyline didn't always involve some sort of gang named "team something" that's trying to capture (a) legendary creature(s) and take over the world. Every. Single. Time.

The thing is, Pokemon isn't a genre. It's a game series. And at the rate they're making these games which are all practically identical to each other in formula, it's just getting a little ridiculous.

I have played several games myself (Yellow, Fire Red, Pearl) and the formula, while fun, gets boring after a while, not to mention the recent Pokemon have been looking dumber and dumber lately, and I get the feeling that the minds behind the creatures are running out of ideas. I just think they should cool off and try something different, or at least change their gameplay and try to make something new and exciting... not follow the same old pattern over and over.
