General Discussion / Re: Ethical Dilemmas: Somthing Worth Dying For
« on: July 03, 2011, 03:33:31 pm »
I would choose death. As others said, government would probably kill me anyway and even if it wouldn't, someone on the resistance would probably do so because my betrayal. On the other hand;
And spend my last few days thinking of something to say on the national TV... if I have to go, I may as well go well. who knows, maybe the revolution will be boosted by that.
They would probably gag you to prevent you for making any rebellious statements. That considered, I might accept the offer and then, when I am supposed to renounce the resistance, I give some comment inflaming it instead. After which government would probably kill me.

What would be worse than dying, would be torture and that I maybe could not bear....

Oh no! I realized my second hard drive is also full, when I tried to install a game... Now all I have is the third around 70 GB one, unless I remove something ....

Not so long ago, I bought red/cyan-glasses after I found a program that provides red/cyan-3D(Among billion other 3D-effects) for every DirectX-game. Loss of colors and very weak 3D-effects.... Meh. I did not experience headaches tough, but generally it's not worth it, before something groundbreaking is invented.

I didn't like Spirits Within, but Advent Children was great.

I neither liked 300 movie after the comic. It just felt so... cheap.

I was wondering because in keeping up with bay12, there is like 5 people with apartments that are never seen.

What?!

Nevermind. Checked the thread and it made bit more sense... Carry on.

Pretty much what everyone else said.

Recently I have gotten bored of one of my own forum games (idea was not polished enough), one lacked participants and one suggestion game died due no suggestions being posted. Also two forum games I took part as a player, died because of GM's.

And Strife26; if you ever continue White Rabbit, I'll be on board  ;)

I guess I could ask it here; I have forgotten the name of one movie I can remember. It went roughly like this (it was revealed in different order in the movie); some anti-death-penalty woman has a cancer. She commits a suicide which is filmed and then another anti-death-penalty guy is framed for the murder. He is sentenced to death and just after he is executed, the video (showing the womans suicide) get published. Anyone know the name of this one?
I found it! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Life_of_David_Gale

Thanks!
