Bay 12 Games Forum

Pretty much the only thing we need to write together is the first bit, where we all stumble out of the Everfree or something. We can split up and do our own things pretty much immediately after that, I'm thinking, but it needs to be done before anything else, methinks.
By the way, I'm getting the feeling that I'm being a bit controlling. If I am, call me out on it and I'll shut up :p

Yeah, Hasbro has been pretty cool about allowing the show to be uploaded online. That isn't where the money comes form, so why bother?

Point is, alexwazer has a good point. Either someone should post this in their name, or we make a fake account to take the blame for us. Don't want to soil the good name of Bay12.

Oh, of course not. I'd stuff her in a pumpkin for storage, then eat her when I get on low health. I'd never do something as cruel as that!

Well, we need a premise on why we're in Ponyville in the first place. I posted the idea that we are basically the starting seven getting lost on an embark mission, but there are plenty of other reasons. Anyone have any comments?

What would be good is to keep each chapter 'equalised'. For every good chapter, there is a parallel gore chapter.

So, are we doing all our cute chapters, then replacing them with gore chapters?
Or going with parallel cute-gore updates? Not quite sure about the plan.

I'm more than willing to take flak for this. I doubt I'll ever have anything for EqD ready, and being "that damn troll from Bay12" would be awesome :D
I think that we should get one or two chapters out for our cutefic quickly, so that it shows up right around Halloween to contrast the horror, like someone (Pickle, I think) said. Then, they get Dwarf Fortress.
Also, anyone contacted Necro yet?

And how I'm imagining it is that we each write our own parts, and we have interludes between each scene. I'm doing some Fluttershy torture, then we skip to Dsarker and Rarity, then on to Slag and his scene. I don;t know if that will work well, but we'll have to keep it int he boundaries of a few chapters, otherwise we'll have to submit new stuff and they'll be on to us.

Right, so it seems that the general plan is this:
*OCs arrive in town*
*Mane cast gets tortured horribly*
*OCs doing the torturing get killed by the other OCs*
*Surviving mane cast mercy killed*
*Remaining OCs commit seppuku*

So, what's the game plan for the gorn version?

Self-inserts it is. How does the weekend sound, though? On one hand, the new Luna episode. On the other hand, the weekend is when we are all most likely to have time to work on it.

Well, I'm available Friday most of the day, and a few hours on Monday and Wednesday. I can't make Tuesday/Thursday; I have school, then karate lessons.
