I will also chime in.

You are cutting yourself. Any professional (I assume you're referring to mental health pros) that is made aware of that and tells you you're overreacting probably most definitely shouldn't be a professional.

Depending on where you go, there is also patient confidentiality to consider. If they tell someone something you've said as a patient, they can be sued. I'm not sure if this applies to school counsellor type stuff, though.

Fear is a normal reaction to this kind of thing, but is it the right reaction? You know you're not overreacting, and I feel like you know you need help. If you are told you are overreacting, what do you think would be the right thing to do?

Yeah, a lot of people are like that, it's the difference between extroverts and introverts.  Extroverts get energized from being around others, introverts get energized being alone.  It's why some people can party every day and others think they're crazy.

I think introverts (mostly running by personal experience here) are just people who have developed the habit to despise their fellow man and woman. It's tiring for anyone to deal with people they dislike, mistrust or see no common ground with, or to be in company where they feel like a drag. "Opening up" is a person ridding themselves of this habit upon the realization that people aren't actually horrible, or discovering how to project themselves in an interesting way that they believe makes people enjoy their company. Extroverts are simply people who have a much broader range of other individuals they don't hate or at least hold contempt for.

It's actually most apparent in, for instance, the transition to college if you manage to land in a good place. Suddenly the people get friendlier, they like stuff that you like, and for some reason you feel weirdly energized when you've had a conversation with them, to the point where you look forward to seeing them.

Or introverts tend toward disliking people because they make them uncomfortable and tired :P

Introversion isn't something that needs to be fixed.

I think people aren't set on the scale, too. Introverts have their extrovert moments, and vice versa.

It's -vert fluid, man.
Oooooor it's a shitty model of human social behaviour and we should try and find better ones instead of keeping them down by continuing to use this one.

It's not a model of social behaviour, it's personality types. Personality isn't a static thing.

If it's just a general feeling of malaise or whatever, it'll pass. Probably your body telling you you need to rest.

If it's something specific, B12 is a sounding board.

Or manufacture evidence against the owner and imprison them.

But with the reign of tyranny you've got going, straight-up revocation works.

??? What is "agnostic theism"? Sounds like colorless green ideas sleeping furiously.
Well, agnostic atheism is believing there is no god, but you can never really know, after all.

Agnostic theism is believing there is a god, but you still can't ever be sure.

I thought the latter was more you believed there is a god, but you don't know which one is the real god?

It can mean you believe in a higher power, but not necessarily the ones in the various "holy" texts.

Rest and relaxation would be useful, though I am aware you have issues with sleep which is going to be a massive contribution to anxiety and fatigue.

If you have a sleep clinic or something nearby, a visit there may be in order. Otherwise, research into sleep hygiene - if you haven't since I've brought it up a few times in the thread for various things - might help to some extent.
