Is 4 consecutive generations of inbreeding not good enough for you? :P

The day ended yesterday.

The vote did carry over. You were voting kilakan previously, OSG replaced them.

Votes haven't changed much this day, and it's still a no lynch as things stand.

It pains me that I've posted the most on D2 :))

It did change the mechanics a bit though, you don't have to worry about maxing out the rebellion risk all the time.

I'm also reasonably sure you couldn't pillage every single holding in a county simultaneously.

How long has the new nomad pillaging thing been in the game? I was expecting it to take hundreds of years to get rid of all the holdings in my territory, but the "set everything to pillage and wait" thing cleared it all in a few years with minimal rebellions.

My population went from ~400k to ~900k and my armies 54k to 200k in about 15 years, and holy shit the tech. Maxed out majesty, all other things in culture are at least level 4, most things in economic are level 5 or 6, and I've got cavalry at level 7 (shortly will be maxed once I've finished clearing the stuff my dirty bastard khans won't do themselves) and everything else is 3, 'cept shipbuilding 'cause fuck ships.

And this bonus you get sometimes for extra pop growth and manpower growth? Tiny bit OP once you've stacked it 30 times.

Now, my Khans hate me because I'm shorting them to the tune of 120 counties, but this doesn't seem to matter since I have 200k guys. Minor clan risings are nasty, but that 100 prestige loss is bearable if I don't have to fight a massive army. Last time it was 248k, before I decided to add another 70k guys to my horde.

I have plans, with my hopefully 3rd genius Khagan in a row, but we will see...

Aye, but you said it wouldn't help town at all. Relative to that, you're helping scum out a lot.

Why do you need to know about other player's abilities on D1?

Considering y'all didn't follow-up on FoU saying he visited me on the night I died in the last game, I'm inclined to think you're not reading enough into things.

What I'm saying is that I didn't realize it could be used to figure out how many abilities the town has until after I did it.

A likely story. You clearly thought you were going to get something useful out of it, else you wouldn't have posted. What was it?

[1] How does figuring out how many abilities the town has on D1 help town?

[2] How does it help scum?

[3] How does it help town find scum?

[1] I wouldn't say it does.

[2] It probably wouldn't help scum too much on Day one, unless there was a bit more claiming going on. On later days, it might help, but the scum would gain that advantage anyway from claims.

[3] See [1].

So you see my point then? What you did has benefits for scum in the present - figuring out how many abilities the town has D1, which'll guide their night game - and in the future, so they can make some claims based on what was said.

I think you're reading a bit much into that.
And a bit of this too.

I'm sure the person I'm voting for is quite willing to make me seem like a paranoid loon. I refer y'all again to the last game.

It does nothing for town, and could easily be scum trying to set up a fakeclaim later, while also trying to figure out how many abilities the town has on D1.

... could easily be scum trying to set up a fake claim later? [1]

Trying to figure out how many abilities the town has on day one? [2]

[1]: Could be. Could also not be. I don't see why that's the highest probability, however.
[2]: Oh, I see. We've got vanillas sometimes now. My bad.

Alright.

How does figuring out how many abilities the town has on D1 help town?

How does it help scum?

How does it help town find scum?

I liked the "I had 4ps. Well I had 4fs. Well I had 8fs then 24fs."

Thought this was before the one about Helen Keller's cat.

I believe the intention is to keep some element of doubt in the mind of the opposition.  I can relate to that.  I already said there's complexity, probably across all alignments.

That element must be Cesium then, since it's bloody huge.

It does nothing for town, and could easily be scum trying to set up a fakeclaim later, while also trying to figure out how many abilities the town has on D1.

I'm inclined to believe that's the case.

Well you did it wrong, so no.

The arrow didn't kill the adventurer, man. Unless things have changed since 40d, arrows always kill adventurers.
