Everyone's different, man. Some can cope with stress in a particular aspect of their existence, or from a certain thing, but not others. Acknowledging you have a weakness and need help is a strong thing to do, since few people are really willing to admit they can't cope alone.
If you need help dealing with something you take it man. Just because you thinkmsomeone else has it worse, doesn't mean you should refuse help.
If you feel you need to pay it back or something, volunteer your time to do something to help someone else, like a charity shop or something. At least then you're helping out other folks too.

I see no reason for it to change any time soon, since it would mean 1 player would be quite bored during the round if they were killed. Poor design if it were to happen more than a few times out of all the games.
Anyway, why are you theorizing about other games? Don't want us focusing on this one?
