Well, to toot my own horn a little bit, I did start a wagon on Esteemed sofanthiel D1 that threw a lot of shade on them, and did suggest Esteemed sofanthiel would not be a sensible scum NK choice N1, though Esteemed Jim Groovester was the first one to bring that up.

I’m not sure about the banishments clearing Esteemed Knightwing64 and Esteemed Crystalizedmire though, but I am currently working on the idea the scum team did try to get towncred to Esteemed sofanthiel by making it appear as though they were the intended scumkill, so I can’t rule out they wouldn’t try it again, but that also enters WIFOM territory because obviously they saw how ineffective it was to do it the first time so maybe are trying to throw shade on townies instead.

I am typically lazy after D1 though.

Yes. Esteemed Maximum Spin is difficult to read, but he has been (much) more helpful than harmful to town so far. I just like to keep my mind open when it comes to him, hence these considerations.

Well, protects aren’t limited to just town teams, whereas willfully foregoing the ability to perform a kill in a game which only anti-town entities seem to have one is going to get more towncred.

Equally so he says he’s protecting people,  but might be doing horrible or otherwise different things, knowing his scum partners aren’t hitting the person he’s acting on, or says he’s acting on.

Hmm, hector13, have you considered giving that auto to sussy players who haven't claimed a protect and demanding they break the restriction each day? It'd narrow down the pool of potential Mafiakill users.

My priority in the early game was to try to make obvtown players kill immune, and also try to catch out scum trying to redirect me to make them kill immune after revealing that.

That’s not working though so yeah, that’s pretty much what I’m going to do for the remainder of my time here.

@Esteemed ToonyMan: I think perhaps the plan was for everyone to assume that because Esteemed sofanthiel was the NK they must be town, they weren’t expecting Esteemed Jim Groovester and I to go “yeah nah that doesn’t make sense” and the bussing to be revealed almost immediately.

It’s just a theory though.

jfc where am I repeatedly defending someone? Esteemed The Canadian kitten said Esteemed Secretdorf was town, and I said I was cool with that, saving potential Miller stuff. That’s all there is to it.

It means of all potential things to explore, Esteemed Secretdorf is not high on the list, particularly in light of your own ability to wipe the only thing that currently causes me any great concern from that slot, namely the excessive votes.

To be frank, should Esteemed Secretdorf prove to be the best lynch, I have zero issue with it. If everybody decides to lynch him over someone I consider a better target, I have little issue with it.

The only reason I have repeatedly stated that position is because you have repeatedly asked me about it, which is proving particularly pestiferous. If what I’m saying isn’t alleviating anxiety, asking the same question about it isn’t going to elicit a different answer, though to be fair, there is no more to it than what I’ve already said about it. Again and again.

If you think I’m worthy of suspicion please, for the love of wee man, find a different thing to poke at, because I will get less polite if you decide to push this pointless line of questioning further.

We’re fucking weird round here. I think it was BYOR16 in which Esteemed ToonyMan was inspected scum and I got lynhed ‘cause I lied about stealing someone’s vote, and I’m pretty sure Esteemed notquitethere was the one to start the wagon on me in that one.

You also have to bear in mind Esteemed Imp can’t be re-directed if they fulfill their post restriction, which they currently claim is the case, and they used a pure inspect on Esteemed notquitethere and got a town result. I’m cool looking elsewhere for the time being.
