Those two dev diaries don’t describe the totality of development.

CKII was released in 2012. 15 expansions were released in the following 6 years. Expect the same for this.

Well, you also know you’re going from a full game with all the bells and whistles to what will likely be an empty shell used as a framework to get you to pay more money later.

Paradox make generally good games, but you know you’re going to pay for it.

T’be fair, the water back then was presumably heavily watered down, the wine was to make the water safe to drink.

I changed my shift on Friday to start at 5.30am instead of 8am. Maybe I’ll arrive early enough to find a parking space.

Ahhhh don't. This reminds me of someone I used to work with who was very religious, but didn't seem to understand that going out to get wasted and have sex with a lady person every weekend, just for the numbers, was rather against his religion, and that pains me.

He was a silly man.

I’m foreign and thus inherently dangerous, so I have to have my ID, specifically my green card, on me at all times, else it’s a misdemeanor immediately.

The amusing thing about it though, as per someone I used to work with who went to the police academy, is that local, county, and state police can’t ask me to prove my immigration status ‘cause it’s illegal.

I’m white though, so I guess it’s less of a problem for me, anyway.

There are far too many points of failure in any kind of electronic voting system, including the ones already extant.

At least with a paper ballot, if your vote doesn't get counted it's because you fucked up more than anything else.
