Like, there's not really anything to be bothered about going on or particularly dramatic that I can see, taking it from my emotionally-stunted and pragmatic POV.

If you haven't made any suggestions - explicit or otherwise - you're romantically interested in girl 1, then you don't really have anything to worry about. If she does eventually broach the topic, you say you're not interested in her in that way, and continue with your existence. It may be awkward, but only if you let it be awkward.

If you are romantically interested in her friend, then you make the moves on her, whatever that entails. If the initial girl gets bent out of shape over this, that is entirely, 100% her problem, not yours, because you can't help if you're so gosh darned magnetic that you make people wanna get in your man pants through sheer force of personality.

I think the trick here is doing what you did to the first girl to the second one. Good luck with that.

There's no change though.

There's the weird quote from unknown that kicks around Facebook around this time that only the government would think that taking a foot from the top of the blanket and adding it to the bottom would make a longer blanket. The length of time that you have to sleep doesn't change.

If you went to bed at the same time that you normally do, you would have an extra hour to sleep this time round. Equally so, if you have an alarm clock that doesn't automatically change for daylight savings, you get the same amount of sleep, and then proceed as usual once you change it afterward.

But it went backwards, you had more time to sleep waste before going to bed too late to get good sleep.

I say this as a quite straight, commitedly married man, but I’d tap that.

Even if you weren’t dressed as Hardly Quinn. *waggles eyebrows*

The title has been “CK2 is released” for almost that decade, why the concern now?

Can’t the Toad change the title if we’re really that bothered by it?

Tis the day of my friends' (that is, my oldest and probably closest friend group, even if I haven't seen them in a while) belated Halloween party, always an exciting occasion, and the beautiful warm weather we were having there has fled and been replaced with dreary, overcast raininess.
Meanwhile, over in Illinois, Wisconsin, and co there was snow on the ground for Halloween apparently
There was snow in Wisconsin, yes.

I personally thought it was late this year, but it’s been a weird year weather-wise.

That tech is popular, and not particularly expensive compared to the cost of the vehicle itself - especially electric vehicles, which are still significantly more expensive than ICE powered ones. Manufacturers add in all the bells and whistles because everybody buying an EV is already paying luxury car prices, and the people who actively want to not have them are a minority.

Problem is random shit like back-up cameras are required standards now.  Once you add a back up cam the rest of the fucking tablet may as well be added to the dash.

Because being able to clearly see what’s behind your car is a bad thing :p

I pay hundreds of dollars a month for the right to pay $13k toward healthcare I really don't want to use, mostly because I'd prefer to have money to live than get healthcare to hurt less.

Thoughts and prayers.

It's easier than solving the problem!

One thing I don't understand about the NRA is they say "guns don't kill people, people do", but they don't seem to be particularly interested in keeping guns out of the hands of people who might be more inclined to kill others.

If they were more honest and were like "GUNS FOR EVERYONE!" I might be able to take them a bit more seriously than them folks what want the biggest, baddest guns.

I would suggest adding any type of jam/jelly/preservative is -1 if it’s added to peanut butter. Probably the same with honey, that seems like a silly thing to do, though I’ve never had it that way.

What hype? Some are allergic to it, and so must avoid it, but I haven’t heard of hype around it other than that
Whoah you're naive. He doesn't mean tasting it with his mouth.  It is well known that in the Us peanut butter is used for other things besides a condiment....
Human behavior confuses me, a fellow human
I cannot recall who said it, but if our brain was small enough for us to understand it, we couldn’t.

Was it particularly hot or cold? I wake up when it’s particularly hot or cold.

Last night I woke up being particularly hot (slow ventlilation), then later on when it was particularly cold (my wife closed the window).
How does ventilation affect your pee temperature? I don't understand

You are a silly, Basqueman. Basquecanary? Basquanary.

Last night I woke up being particularly hot (slow ventlilation), then later on when it was particularly cold (my wife closed the window). It was a poor night, to go with the previous night when I slept poorly because it was particularly hot (no ventilation) and the night before when it was too cold (too much ventilation, open window plus fan).

Wisconsin has a stupid climate.
