That would require some Republican support, and that would mean them supporting The Other Side, which is tantamount to political suicide.

Trump has said a shutdown is unlikely though, whatever that means tomorrow.

Nice neighbors tho

T'be fair, nobody could leave with my car in the way (except the guy with the Hummer, who was going to pull the car out) so I imagine that had a lot to do with it.

Well, it's Wisconsin too, everybody is nice.

Take the Nitrim troops with us to the small clan in the East and subjugate them. They clearly need strong leadership.

Name the boy Bheo

Oh hey they’re ploughing out my parking lot at 3 in the afternoon, 8 hours after I had to leave for work, and 2 hours after I got stuck because I thought it would be more sensible to turn my car round in the driveway instead of going round the block to turn round.

A moderately embarrassing time was had when a thousand neighbors came out and gave me a hand to move my car, but ah well. Lesson learned I guess.

Successfully built the most ambitious fort I've ever created. It had a moat and wall for protection, traps for defebding against and capturing cage creatures (which also helped me acquire pet crundles), actual automation and efficiency and stuff, an above-ground farm, the works. I figured it was time for adamantine, so I found my first vein, dug 2 tiles into it and immediately destroyed everyone. I visited the area as an adventurer later, and was immediately ambushed by one of the demons who destroyed the fort before I could even get close to it.

Angry Birds

I don’t think you’re entirely telling the truth.

In all my time on the B12 forums I’ve never heard of such a game.

Plastic-wrapped processed cheese slices.

Basically the kind of thing you would expect to be sitting on top of a lukewarm burger from a low-budget diner.

As I said, I am aware of the context.  Trust me that my jimmies remain thoroughly unrustled here.  I'm saying if you started loudly talking about sand people at a crowded NYC subway station some of the people around you wouldn't get the context.

...And? What's that got to do with anything?

Ironically, the context from which he experiences the phrase :p

My implication was that they were so good because they’re all criminals or working with the Russians :p

He had good campaign staff though.

It’s only now we’re finding out why they were so good.

The game isn’t finished yet.

We need to lynch IcyTea for that to happen.

Some people actually made a 40k donald float
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Politics aside, whoever's done this is good at cosplay. Except the helmets, could've done better than a motorcycle helmet, but I can't hate because they had some pretty sick masks. Also Xi Jinping is on the right knee & Putin on the right pauldron, deepest lore

If you take it out of context you can't even tell if they're satirising or supporting Donald

[Context is a bunch of Italians having fun at a carnival at the expense of the USA]

The sword should have “covfefe” on it, instead of silly Italian nonsense.

I'm really the only one amazed by the masterful use of irony in the huffpo headline: BEZOS EXPOSES PECKER?

Apparently, yes.
yup
Goddamn surrounded by heathens I tells ya, he exposed Pecker attempting to blackmail him by threatening to expose his exposed pecker pictures... that's fucking wonderful and I can only wonder who or what hurt you all so much as to remove the ability to appreciate something so funny I still can't laugh about it.

It’s probably because it was a HuffPo clickbait headline. If it was a Beeb article, it would’ve been slightly more amusing, but I have noticed they tend toward clickbaity headlines now, too.
