Watched Aquaman and its the only film I actually regret buying tickets for.

Not sure why it's so well reviewed.
Pfft, that's nothing. I saw Fury Road in the cinema with friends when it came out. Not only did I have to suffer through it, I got gouged for $17 or whatever. :'(

I just had to suffer watching a DVD of it that my in-laws have.

I’m sorry for your loss.

I like to spell it “mispelling”.

You don’t speak Spanish, you speak some impure colonial nonsense.

I mean, probably. I don’t speak Spanish or... whatever dialect of Spanish of Southern/Central American* has.

*’cause it’s all the same, being a massive continent with different countries and cultures and all that.

Goodguy scotchman thanking me in a allmost personal manner, asking for feedback and entitling me to some free draw to win something - over a 70$ 2011 single cask (ridiculously small taxes + priece off tbf). Made my day especially since the bottle is worth every penny. Let it be said that Murray McDavid is not screwing around!

No >:(

Don't shame the poor fellow's drinking preferences.

I will shame everything about the fellow if he continues to refer to my people as scotch, regardless of our propensity toward making and/or imbibing it :P

I'll watch this one too.

I'd like to denounce the secrecy of all y'all, man. At least backstab each other publicly.

French is a stupid language.

the word "eau" is pronounced as a vowel that isn't even in the word.

I probably only think this because I was forced to learn it in school, and I wasn't taught enough about English to understand the various things they were talking about for French.

Defence Secretary Mattis has resigned, citing Trump's right to have a Defence Secretary whose opinion more closely aligns with his own.

I woke up literally screaming at 1.30am this morning, after a brief flash in my mind's eye of someone standing beisde my bed trying to stab me. I sat up and tried to bat away the spear (because it was a centurion for some reason) and screamed quite loudly three times, during which time I woke up and realised there was in fact nobody trying to brutalise me in my bed.

Evidently I freaked out my wife a bit, though. I'm not sure she believed me when I said there was nothing wrong after I sat bolt upright for no reason, flailing wildly at nothing while screaming into the darkness.

At least we had a good laugh about it this morning.

Name: Hectorclese the Stout
God level: Minor
Power: 5 - probably
Sphere: Victory and Feasting
Description: The Heartiest of Hearty Boys, the pinnacle of what they can be; big and strong, he's always on the lookout for something to eat. He walks among mortals with a dim glow around him, a clear sign of his deification.
Notes: Smarting over the loss of some Heart Boys in the Food Invasion

"We are outnumbered by everyone else, Hearty Boys. A quandary; how does a swole Hearty Boy efficiently use their time to get more punches in if that time doesn't change? That's right!

BETTER PUNCHES!
"

Spend 1 power on implementing further training for the Hearty Boys, implementing tournaments at regular intervals for various Hearty Boy activities like punching and wrestling and lubrication.

Edit: Ban from participating in tournaments any Hearty Boy that directly interacts with Aigre’s female creation.

We can’t have any of you fine Boys being distracted by Aigre’s hussy. Concentrate on your punching, wrestling, and other activities that lead to glorious victories, lads.

This is because there’s no funding for the wall that Mexico is going to pay for.

Ah well, I’m sure what everyone wants is a government shutdown for Christmas.

My nickname is hector, ‘cause I wear glasses. I had some people in school get offended on my behalf, which was most bemusing.

I don't get it. Is it because glasses are so heckktin' cool?

Hector Spector the Four-Eyed Projector. I’m not sure if they meant Protector, but it was always shortened to Hector so I didn’t have to deal with the rest unless someone was being a dick.

Methinks you’re looking for an argument that wasn’t made.
