Way of Life is a must have, since it gives you something to do when you’re not managing war and bothersome vassals. Conclave I think was the one that added the education stuff, making that a bit more interesting too.

Not really sure what other one I would choose. Retinues seem to be quite highly valued round here, I personally don’t see much point to them. Expensive troops you’re paying for all the time; if they get in one fight you’re haemorrhaging cash even at half recruitment speed. They’re only really useful when you can get lots of them, and by the time you can get lots of them your demesne holdings are likely going to be giving you just as much bang for your buck.

I like pagans and early starts, so it’d probably be Old Gods. Republics aren’t all that interesting, Muslims are entertaining, as are nomads. India can be hit or miss, but you tend to be dealing with Eastern religions, and have to go up against the Muslim blobs if you want to expand westward so isn’t all that great. Tribes can be fun too.

Without knowing the starting situation of this, you need to declare war on the top liege in a realm. Basically click on the portrait of owner of the county you want to take, and if they have a smaller portrait to the top right of their own in the newly opened window, click on that until that small portrait disappears in the new windows, and then you can declare war on that person, unless something weird happens.

Alternatively, click on the county, and in the top right corner of the county details window is a coat of arms that will take you to the top liege of the realm.

Make sure to check how many troops the top liege has; invariably they will have a lot more than the single county you want to take can field.

The second one sounds like you’re in the same realm as the Prince-bishop, but don’t share a liege.

I went to a kitchen store today.

"I want you to sell me a kettle."

"Kenwood?"

"Where's he then?"

Zunists have pretty much the same issues as the Zoroastrians, starting in more or less the same place. At least in the 7...67? start.

India isn't particularly interesting, but the addition of China as an off-map issue to deal with has added a bit of spice to it.

Obviously you’re too good at solving these brain teasers and riddles, so your browser decided to make things a bit more challenging for you.

Maybe figured out a way for folk to STOP CREATING TITULAR DUCHY TITLES YOU BASTARDS.

Create them myself and give them to the local holy order.

Fun will likely commence in the future, but ah well...

I’m going to have to +1 everyone else. Unless you encouraged the person to scratch the car, unless the car cannot perform to the same standard as it did without the scratch, and other such things, I would say that you should probably say you’ll pay ‘em back once you get on your feet elsewhere.

Losing a year of trying to be somewhere better because of a scratch seems quite ridiculous.

Wouldn’t sectarian be more apt if it was a member of another religion saying Islam/branch of same is not as good as their religion/their branch of same?

He did.

I have lost all reason.

Just... I don’t... I don’t...

Know who you are anymore.

Let’s change it back, yes.

Maybe tomorrow, hm?

No, sooner than that!

Oftentimes, I wonder...

Perhaps I go too far.

Questioning the way of things.

Rarely do I become so introspective.

Sometimes it just happens.

Trying so hard becomes tiresome...

Understand?

Vicious circles of effort and stress.

Well, sometimes I get distracted-

Xenomorphs!

You see?

Zigging and zagging thoughts, whirling around in the ether of my mind.

...

Ah, you thought it would end there, didn’t you?

Better think again!

Certain things just have to continue.

Didn’t think i’d manage it this long.

Expecting it to end soon...

Forget about it.

Got to go!

You’re outta practice being around people (presumably strangers; I can’t remember if you live with other folk) and depending on what you were sick with, that might have something to do with “fitness”. I’ve been sick for about a week and a half myself with some variety of respiratory nonsense, and have been left with a wonderful tight feeling in my chest.

Which I guess is my sad, since I tried to work through it last week, leaving work early on 3 of the 5 days I was scheduled and taking one completely off, and it’s still here :'(

That’s Thatcher for you. Taking away a parent’s responsibility to teach their child a dangerous trade.

The Welsh sing, too.

Only folk from Aberdeen in Scotland do the sheep thing. Evidently all that oil money doesn’t weed out the perversions...

We are also tight-fisted and racist in the rest of the land, byraway.
