Haha no, it's hardly even RP-lite for most of the community these days. I can't quit it though; there's too many people I know there to not have fun. Plus, the carnivals (when organized) are literally the bomb.

literally the bomb.

Sounds dangerous.

Nor is Toady selling any games.

If someone offers to build you a house, you pay them and end up with a shed, I think you have the right to be a bit disappointed.

well that's why you put an appropriate amount of research in the building company, it's a very real risk and your money is on the line and things can still go belly up even if they're reputable. now I don't expect to have to put down the same amount of research before giving some random off internet five bucks, but I went here with precisely this question, people knew dev had a high rate of abandonment, crisis adverted, everyone's happy.

Apart from the people who have a shed :P

I'm railing more against the concept of selling early access. There isn't really any other media in which you can sell an unfinished product to consumers with the expectation that it's going to be finished later, and it's actually acceptable to then say "well, you know what, this is shit I'm going to stop" prior to that later and the only bad thing happening to you being you get a reputation for being a bit flaky.

So I was watching the figure skating and couldn’t pay attention to one of the Kaori Sakamoto because of the pianist’s horrible rendition of the first movement of Moonlight Somata, hammering the keys like they had done horrible things to their family.

You sell it for cheap if that’s the case. You don’t just throw out a potential sale because it has “Happy Birthday CLlNT” on it.

OR... you add a little bit more frosting and upsell it to someone that wants an offensive, derogatory cake!

I didn’t deliberately use certain letters instead of certain other letters to make it look like that, you did.

Filthy bestard.

Well rigged implies the Russians had control over the outcome, whereas they didn’t, they just tried to influence it via judicious use of social engineering. Not as bad, arguably still wrong, and the only reason Trump would be affected directly from this particular revelation is if he was actively involved with them doing it.

If he hasn’t been hurt by his son, son-in-law and campaign manager actually meeting Russians with ties to the Russian government who said they had stuff to hurt his opponent in the election, though... doesn’t look likely unpeasant things are going to happen to him after this.

I did that a while back, still a bit tight, though that might just be psychological seein’ as how moving heavy boxes is a large part of my job and oh my was that fun, what with having done some unpleasantness to a muscle in my back on the same side, working the same arm.

Edit for autocorrect ruining the message.

Fuck conservatives, apparently. 93% progressivism, 7% neutral on that scale.

Tried to answer as many questions “absolutely” as possible, which explains that as well as the long bars in the other categories too.

My additional characteristics paint me as a pragmatic anarchist. A’ight.

I had a deer merrily jump along next to my car for about 25 feet while I was white knuckling the steering wheel hoping it didn't suddenly decide to become one with my vehicle.
... huh. How fast were you going? Quick check suggests if you were going 55 mph that would have been less than a third of a second.
Not that fast, pushing 20 'cause I slowed down a lot while in a 35 zone. There were two deer in addition to the one I was wanting to stay away.

I had spied them as they were crossing the road round a bend, one was already there, another in mid-cross which completed it quickly, and the third was like "wtf bro I want to be with my mum" and didn't really know how to deal with the situation. I had slowed to a not-quite-stop and decided to continue 'cause it wasn't moving, and when I started accelerating it was like "nah bro I'm going with you now you're way cooler than mum" for about three bounds before changing its mind.
