Well it's exactly what America needs, I imagine Trump will spin. Sort out those markets, or something.

T'be fair, some people prefer (non-instant) ramen that has essentially just been dunked in the water to clean off the flour. I could get behind that.

"Most sunglasses just make things darker," says the commercial, "which can be deadly in a tactical situation!"

"So listen to me," says the commercial less explicitly, "and buy this shiny and reflective strip of plastic to stick in front of your eyes! I'm sure someone out there needs something to aim at."

Person, I'm starting to suspect you either weren't actually special ops, or you're being paid to say stuff you know is bullshit. Or weren't involved in field work all that much.

I liked that commercial, if only because the idea of tactical-ops sunglasses is slightly ridiculous, as well as the idea of a good quality pair of them costing $19.95.

Also, the idea that a civilian would need tactical-ops sunglasses.

At least it wasn’t a ripe joke, would’ve upset the OP.

I’m thinking I may need to invest in Freeman, but I don’t think my computer can handle it, at least not the recommended settings :(

Take a break from it, then. Unless you have to draw.
Been taking a break for a while now, but if I don't draw I won't improve.

But if I draw I still won't improve either because I'm a lazy piece of shit who draw for fun instead of looking for ways to improve.

How are you not improving while you draw for fun?

On the one hand, it is a spectacle that is woefully uncommon in the West, which is a shame. Pomp and circumstance is always lovely.

Cannot relate to the sentiment.  Not in the slightest.  There is not the smallest particle in me that understands what the appeal is.

The pretty machines of war and destruction. The faces of the people in charge, as they metaphorically slap their military dick in the faces of other nations.

Something like that, anyway.

It’s not bad.

gave me diarrhea every time I ate it

... which of these statements am I meant to go with?  I hope you didn't eat the diarrhea one more than twice.

I did, ‘cause I didn’t realize that was the thing causing the diarrhea :P

I don’t eat thet one. Given the opportunity, the Bombay Bad Boy is my choice of Pot Noodle.

I keep hearing people (usually British) talk about pot noodle, however, on checking it might be an actual brand and not what they're calling all cup noodles. The Pot Noodle brand is especially disgusting apparently.

It’s not bad.

One of them gave me diarrhea every time I ate it though...

...Send in the Balrog.

This sounds very ominous until you realise that it means not a flaming angel of death, but a flying, sentient toaster
actually he's a giant flying bar of soap

Ivan shrugs and mutters quietly to himself

Take rearguard, make sure the doors to any rooms opened are securely closed prior to moving on.

We should consider repairing the lights before we proceed. I don’t want to be ambushed in the dark.

Guy that keeps using other peoples shit is still using other peoples shit.

He's using my tea towel. Wouldn't mind, except he has no idea how to wash his pots, so my teatowels are constantly getting stained orange.

That's another thing, he only eat pizzas and pasta with cheesy tomato sauce. I have NO idea how he's still alive.

It's escalated enough that next I see him, I'll be telling him to stop.

That's the step before "Go to security" because if he doesn't respond to me telling him in person, then that's really the only next step I can go for.

Respond in petty passive aggressive ways. Put some paint on your dish towels before he uses them, nonsense like that. That’ll learn ‘im.

Nothing destructive though, that leads to criminal records, and not on his part. Well, unless he responds...

Also, fack the DP.

Jayne, you bastard! The doc. did nothing to you! Selling 'em out to the feds was below the belt.

I really want to make a joke about Norn Ireland being behind the times here.

Unfortunately, I first watched the series about 4 years ago, so I’m not that much better.

I’d be gagging at the awful stories and story-telling.
