Kamehameha is a Polynesian leader.

Also the utterance Goku(?) uses prior to launching his particular brand of nuke.

The language mistakes in that make me feel dead inside.

Do you know many well spoken boxers? I rest my case. /hopefully obvious sarcasm

Do you have friends, scriver?

I’m sad they didn’t have separate things for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Probably doesn’t want to come back to find all the “when are you updating this?” messages.

He did say he was busy though, and it is coming up to Christmas. My interest remains.

Yeah, there’s a lot I disliked about this movie. The first character I see is Ade Edmondson, the whole “get your ass back here Poe we’re leaving” and suddenly bombing run with stupidly designed ships that explode in a stiff breeze, until the last one after which suddenly all the TIE fighters disappear, then the person kicks the ladder ‘til the thing falls, and magically catches it before it falls out of her reach after which he bombs fall and the stupidly designed bomber explodes from its own attack... and that’s literally the first 10 minutes after the crawl.

I fucking loved it, though.

Hey man, selling the tax code to the corporations is important shit.

Clearly more important than making sure the government can pay its bills.

Got my hair trimmed down to a 4 on my trimmers.

I'm not completely weirded out by it, which is a good sign that it's, at the very least, not a catastrophic look on me.

How do you shave the back of your head? Tried this a few weeks ago, first time so I spent hours trying to not look like a tit, but I know the hair on the back of my head is longer than everywhere else, with the possible exception of around my ears.

I saw something about that, any idea why the House has to vote on it again? Some kind of procedural screwup?

edit: Yep, procedural hiccups. Apparently the title is one of those strange arcane things that violated the byrd rule and whatever procedural hiccup is going on. I don't profess to understand why the title of all things would violate it.

From the article:

Quote
Those rules generally require that the tax bill’s policies directly affect federal spending and revenue and that the plan doesn’t increase the federal deficit after 10 years

I must be missing something. Isn’t the tax reform s’posed to add $1.4tn to the deficit over 10 years? Are there different deficits?

Also, as per the article, the largest tax change in 30+ years has taken 2 months to sort out and then pass. I foresee no problems occurring because of the lack of time to iron out wrinkles and straighten kinks.

I mean they didn’t even manage to fix procedural issues before bringing it to vote, holy Jesus fuck what else did they miss?

I think I’ll PTW, seeing as I just finished watching the new one.

One thing I really do want to say is I find Finn a bit pointless.

How much have you had to eat lately? I remember you saying you work to support your wife and baby, but if you fall ill because of lack of food intake, that helps nobody.

8009
Depends how you define property confiscation and redistribution. If that involves taxes and sensible welfare? Kinda ruins any shot at it, you filthy libertarian :P
