Faaaaaaackin’ Firelurker, may it rot somewhere humid and nippy.
Had a few goes at it, decided it was getting on my nerves just that much (and I lost 12k souls rushing down to it and fell to my death) so I used game hints on the PS5.
First tip? Don’t use fire.
I couldn’t have guessed that from the name, or the fact it comes out of fire when you first meet it, or that all it’s attacks are on fire, or that the long way round to the boss arena has lots of enemies that are on fire or come out of lava.
Fuck me sideways how stupid do you think the players are!?
To be fair I am using a very slow weapon to try to kill it, but I have got it down to the last 15% or so of its health bar with it…
