If someone like me likes asparagus, asparagus must be all kinds of awesome. I don't do fruit, nor do I do vegetables.

Well, that was certainly a bizarre necro.

I just have my emblem as foxhound ultra, with the foxhound image in the middle, 'cause I'm all original like.

Well yeah you're there to cleanse the land of heathens, not sit outside a castle sunning (Sunni-ing?) yourself for 4 months.

Would probably be worse if you were Shiite-ing yourself...

Y'all aren't discussing how it relates to CKII though.

CKII is a dynasty simulator. Government mechanics is something that would be much more suitable for EU.

Whatever though, I just don't want to read the shite you're talking about, with folk get fucked off with each other and the thread gets locked for people being assholes in turn, particularly when at least one of you has an emotional attachment to what is (was) being discussed.

Kinda fuckin' weird-arse chippies have you got that serve fucking tofu?

Pfft, you're meant to feel like you're going to die or your insides are going to just set into concrete after a chippy.

Hahaha oh jeez. I am feeling too fragile for shock images right now, normally I delight in such things. :))

My wtf: housemate's family visited. He had mentioned that to me beforehand, but I had no idea there was going to be at least one small child amongst their number. I hid until they left and wound up missing the chip shop and its delicious tofu burgers as a result.
Just bought myself some comforting daal makhani instead.

When you say chip shop, you mean heavenly place where pretty much everything they sell is deep fried, the most common sale being fish and chips?

It is kinda hard to believe the anti-fascists became the fascists.

They did get involved when they started assaulting people though.

It's an odd article, particularly this very contradictory paragraph:

Quote
The group of more than 100 hooded protesters, with shields emblazoned with the words "no hate" and waving a flag identifying themselves as anarchists, busted through police lines, avoiding security checks by officers to take away possible weapons. Then the anarchists blended with a crowd of 2,000 largely peaceful protesters who turned up to demonstrate in a "Rally Against Hate" opposed to a much smaller gathering of right-wing protesters

How can you be quite obvious, what with the black clothing and the hoods and flags and shields, but still be able to blend into the crowd?

Well obviously they let them through, how else are they going to beat up those ebil racist misogynist xenophobic homophobic bigot nazis for supporting the current sitting president? They are an inclusive community after all.

Police supporting the anarchists against the right wingers... something of a new one there. Isn't it usually the other way round?

Maligned by the left for their failures in Charlottesville, maligned by the right for Berkeley. The cops just can't win, can they?

Rutger Hauer is in Galavant, a musical comedy series from ABC that's on Netflix.

He doesn't sing though :(

Wasps are predators, there'll be a million other things that they feed to their spawn that'll be around, one of which is caterpillars, which turns into moths and butterflies.

Cannot support.
Wait, what? You can't support killing wasps because it means more butterflies?
I'm not a fan of fluttery things. I also look past the pretty packaging of their wings to see the ugliness behind them...

But really, wasps are kinda like a keystone predator thing, like wolves. They keep pests in check, even if they are kind of annoying themselves.
