You would expect the gluten to hinder such a feat, given it's the doughy, sticky part.

I thought wierd changed their avatar, but just photobucket being a dick.

I got a new helmet! It's leagues nicer than the soup bowl I was using before. Full face, ventilated, wind-blocking, noggin-preserving. I can hear my bike without needing earplugs!

Somehow, it feels like I get to pay more attention to the roads while riding by wearing more helmet. Everything's just nicer.

My first thought before finishing reading was that you got yourself a medieval war helmet.

I thought I was the only one.

Better than the U.K. TV license, was a coupla hundred quid per year last time I was there, though at that point you could watch re-broadcasts for free on t'internet, which you now can't do.

TV license enforcement folk are also dickheads, but ah well.

Uh... to be fair, you'd probably be better getting Netflix or something.

I've pressed the button without needing to go across the road.

Then again, where I'm from, jaywalking isn't a crime, and I knew the lights I regularly crossed at well enough to know what order they went and when it was safest to cross without pressing the button.

Black folk are less likely to know how to swim, at least in America. Old-ass Beeb article.

Remember we're only a few decades removed from segregated public swimming pools.

All religion is open to personal interpretation, though I say this as someone who is wholly against organised religion.

I was about to correct you that the end of Ramadan was called Eid, but it's Eid-somethingorother, so I decided against it.

Turkey I like. It's really dry, and for some reason I like really dry meat. At least light meat, the dark meat is a bit different.

I think they want to start a niche service catering to people who don't trust Imgur.

I also briefly saw Bay12 without darkling.  my eyes
It could be worse. You could be one of those people who actually uses the default theme.

;D

I'm not sure we can justify varying degrees of mistreatment of human beans just because it was relatively accepted for the time.

Doesn't seem very screamy, more he's been caught bashing the bishop when he expected you to be out all day.

polite request to protestors: please stop marching until you can come up with a better chant than "hey hey ho ho donald trump has got to go"

it's so tiring to hear that at every single goddamn protest ever.

Almost as tiring as hearing "Donald Trump is the US President"

Nah, there is a "what's the mad bastard going to do next?" quality to it.

It would be funny if he wasn't controlling nuclear weapons.
