It’s possibly a consequence of a concussion he had recently. I did watch the footage, it’s… disconcerting on a number of levels. Regardless, if he were to leave, Democrats would have to get rid of Feinstein also.

In saying that, the average age in the Senate is 65, so this may become a feature rather than a bug soon.

I mean it kinda died after EJ proved my position so… happy days? Happy days.

I have got to the point of watching, in order, historic WWF PPVs that they happen monthly, so the storylines should flow a bit better, and we’re getting closer to the Attitude era, and also moving away from talent that doesn’t actually have any.

I’m also quite bemused that the directors appear to not be “smartened up” (aware that the wrestling is pre-determined) and sometimes show a wrestler blatantly blading (cutting themselves with a blade to start bleeding) instead of literally anything else for the short time it takes them to cut themselves open.

Ah well. The Undertaker remains my favourite, as an excellent wrestler and for the spectacle of his entrances. Not sure he has the mic work down pat yet, but Paul Bearer’s melodramatic performances are welcome until he gets there.

Roll on to the Montreal Screwjob continues…

There are automatic weapons in the US that pre-date the ban on automatic weapons that you can still legally purchase, and it is laughably tragically easy to modify semi-automatic weapons into automatic weapons or, as in the case of Las Vegas because lol semantics, effectively automatic.
(removed)

It’s almost as though you have immediate access to a device that can readily search and tear my claims in seconds!

Like cranking a hellfire trigger firing bullets out of a semi-automatic gun that does not make it automatic and thus isn’t illegal because the ATF definition of an automatic firearm is one that fires multiple bullets with a single trigger pull.

Point, and also, from your own link that you clearly didn’t read:

Quote
The overall increase in U.S. gun deaths since the beginning of the pandemic includes an especially stark rise in such fatalities among children and teens under the age of 18. Gun deaths among children and teens rose 50% in just two years, from 1,732 in 2019 to 2,590 in 2021.

Edit: you even edited in links proving my position brosephine, and a link that doesn’t even make sense because it’s about Covid.

Guns ain’t fun brah. Number 1 killer of kids in the US.

Or, indeed, annihilate the crowd at a country music festival in Las Vegas.

I think Turks aren’t happy enough being on two continents, they need to get a third one involved somehow.

I mean, if you’re not white you can fool facial recognition software, or more likely be misidentified.

Managed to get a thirteen orphans finish in mahjong. Tricky hand to get since you need to draw every tile yourself, though you can claim the final tile from another player’s discard.

I almost got it again later. I was two tiles short when someone else won.

That’s been a narrative since the co-conspirators started surrendering themselves.

I'm sure those in hurricane areas will think nothingburger, but we got 4" of rain (100mm) last night over the course of about 4 hours.  My yard flooded as it often does.

The WTF:  I have a spot of wet carpet in my basement.  In the middle of the floor only, so not seeping in from the walls. Crap was it seeping up from a crack in the foundation? Nope: water coming in from the ceiling.  But only a single tile... and this tile is "in the middle" of the room, underneath the upstairs.

There is a vent that exits onto our deck, which I never knew its source.  The wind must've pushed the rain into the vent, because the duct to which the vent is connected is full of water, and that is leaking int my basement.

Now I have to figure out... to what does the vent go? Can I just plug it up?  It's a soft vent line, definitely not part of HVAC... but I can't tell where it goes.

Do you have a shower in your basement? Or, perhaps more specifically, anything requiring an extraction fan? Stove or a dryer or something?

He’s been criticizing military leadership in a country known for military “mishaps”, as well as high profile people falling out of windows.

Whatever goodwill he has with Putin ended after his… I don’t even think you can call fit a rebellion. Anyone wanting him out of the way this has tacit approval to accidentally shoot down his plane.

I don’t think I’m alone in wondering what actually took it so long.

I had a lot of fun with the Hive once. I had a lot of votes on the council so manipulated my way to rescinding nerve stalking as a crime against humanity then nerve stapled a bunch of my drones.

Then the next turn I think everybody voted to make it a crime again and declared war on me.
